Super easy to use and quick scanning. I trade gold and silver on a small scale and get my gold from various sources so having this option to authenticate is worth its weight and gold (pun intended). 😊👍

The app use to work fine but after recent upgrade it keeps crashing. It starts up - right after login screen a scanner comes up and then the app crashes . Previous version was working . Please bring back the old version or fix the new version

For some reason I can’t scan the back of the bullion however I managed to scan the front okay, it would reassuring if I can scan both sides, the option for back scan is not available for some unknown reason. obviously, I have to hover over the bar to scan it, and my hand is shaking and so it never authenticates. We should be able to take a picture of the bar and then use this app. would you try to scan the words the back the iPhone makes it so large it doesn’t work. would be better if we can scan the bar when the phone is in portrait mode, horizontal just doesn’t work. It goes off the screen..
