For some reason I can’t scan the back of the bullion however I managed to scan the front okay, it would reassuring if I can scan both sides, the option for back scan is not available for some unknown reason. Although I am using less than a year old phone.please can the app developer look into it and resolve this issue. Thanks

Just got my bars delivered from costco ,The application isn’t working with 16 pro max, spent a lot of time trying to find a good place to be able to align the bar and still cant get it to work

### 1/5 — Can’t even create an account !!!! I can’t even get a password !

I downloaded the app and when it asked me to create a password no matter what password i put In, it won’t let me continue !!! I gave up after an hour ! What’s the problem ?????

Did you manage to successfully create your account since posting your review? Please note that passwords must follow these two simple rules to be accepted:

1- They can only include alphanumeric characters: letters (A-Z, both uppercase and lowercase) and numbers (0-9), without special characters or spaces.
2- They must be at least 8 characters long.
For example:

Valid passwords:
Password1 (9 characters)
abc123xyz (8 characters)
MySecure12 (10 characters)

Invalid passwords:
Pass1 (only 5 characters, too short)
1234567! (contains a special character “!”)
abc def12 (contains a space)

I have 2 gold bars 1gram and 5gram and after a week of tediously attempting to line up the camera with the outline the 5gram finally scanned but my 1gram still refuses to scan 

You can just use a QR code scanning app to authenticate them

Can’t help but think this is bogus. I have 4 gold bars and app doesn’t work with any of them. Bought the bars from APMEX which I assume is reputable.   Also, I entered my name when registering but app didn’t capture and there is no option to update.  It’s really frustrating.

The app cannot scan and tried everything but it won’t work and stuck on “Rotate your screen” on my iPhone 14 Pro… Not sure how did this app get that much high score !?

On my iphone it doesn’t scan 50g pamp lady fortuna minted gold bar. It says can not verify. The  1 oz lady fortuna minted gold bar scans it ok.

When rotate for screen overlay, the phone screen must be faced toward body(not to the ground) to activate screen overlay.

Stuck on rotate phone into landscape mode??? Klunky to the point of unusable… I regret registering for this service(which was required to use the app)

The app use to work fine but after recent upgrade it keeps crashing. It starts up - right after login screen a scanner comes up and then the app crashes . Previous version was working . Please bring back the old version or fix the new version

We should be able to take a picture of the bar and then use this app. would you try to scan the words the back the iPhone makes it so large it doesn’t work. would be better if we can scan the bar when the phone is in portrait mode, horizontal just doesn’t work. It goes off the screen..

This is an update on
“Stopped working with iPhone 14. Stuck on rotate device into land scape. Rotation is not locked on iPhone. This is an app issue. Reinstalling won’t help.”

If you use Face ID than you need to tilt your iPhone towards your face, otherwise the app won’t rotate. Afterwards you can continue with scans. It is related to iPhone and not an issue with the app.

App is easy to use and easy to verify.
