I came across this site and they had a interesting selection of clothing. In the age of Amazon, I would receive my order overnight if they received my order soon enough. That was fabulous. It’s a cool on line store.

I’ve never seen an app like this - the videos are so fun, but mostly I can’t believe I get to shop with friends from all over any time. I just had a Shop Party and got tips from one friend about skincare, and another about how to make great coffee - it was just like bopping around the city and going to boutiques with my besties. Makes shopping online so much fun!

Quick and easy to navigate and have helpful videos/recommendations. Was trying to chat with support on my phone through the app about sizing questions, but the window is not available on the product page. On desktop it’s there. I called in, and the question was answered immediately, wow!

Everytime I try to filter by brands within a category, every single brand available on the site is listed. For example, if I’m searching skincare, there is no need to list brands that exclusively sell home items, menswear, etc. I tired to click the App Support link here on the App Store and that link doesn’t work either.

Other than that, I love Verishop but it is a pain to use the app for that one specific reason and find myself always using the web version instead.

Website/app needs way more product description. None of the items I looked at had the materials listed, rise of jeans, etc. Would br able to shop more items and easier if you listed this information.

In the age of the internet, I learned the hard way that Verishop doesn’t process orders from Friday evening through Monday morning. Meanwhile, smaller competitors are shipping with 1-2 day delivery and processing orders on the same day. 4 days later, they still haven’t shipped my order and customer service can’t cancel it. Shop somewhere else if you can.

This app used to be great, until they decided to add a bunch of videos that automatically play at high volume every time you open the app.

It’s also very difficult to navigate now - I just want to look at the clothes, not be bombarded by a blaring video every time I navigate to a new section

Tons of unique clothes & accessories, home decor and a massive selection beauty and skincare products. They have great videos and reviews straight from influencers and shoppers which makes it super easy to keep up with the newest products/trends from my favs!! Can be difficult to navigate but overall love what they have when I can find it.

hi! i literally love this site, i just discovered it. it has everything i'm looking for, i love the rakuten cashback too lol! also, my delivery was a day late and i was totally understanding bc of covid and everything but you all sent a 10% off my next purchase which was great customer service imo! one thing though... whenever i try to go through my wishlist either on the app or on the website (phone or computer), it wont let me scroll past like 20 items and it just stops. but i have like 200 things saved. idk if this is a bug and im sure can be easily fixed, but other than that i really like this shop! :)   ​‌
