Is there anything one can do? ### 1/5 — Terrible App - 15 minute window to pair the garden or else never *2023-03-25* The garden has an awful feature where it can only be paired in the first 15 minutes after plug-in or else it will NEVER PAIR. I missed that window setting up my garden and customer support is non responsive to me because I assume there is no fix. So now I have a garden I can’t configure so I’ll probably throw it out. The app simply does not connect to the garden. Customer support seems to be almost entirely in French. They were clearly not prepared for a US product launch. I’m trying to return my garden. The app also has a link to a YouTube video that fails to connect. I have tried resetting my veritable a few occasions for more than 20 minutes and repeating the steps like in the manual but no luck... I have even checked the Bluetooth if it’s running with my other stuff and it’s working fine. Not sure why, as for me it worked perfectly. It connected instantly and I was able to set everything up easily. Therefore I am having trouble keeping it connected to my Wi-Fi. I also have not been able to find instructions in English. Everything seems to be in French. Good thing I know how to grow plants. After they get too tall and hit the lights I’ve been transplanting them to soil.
