But it blocked the call from my delivery driver. This was supposed to be the fix and it was not. I had my phone number for 24 years. Last night I couldn’t take being inundated with the spam calls anymore so I changed my phone number and this app was deleted from my phone. Thank you for being absolutely disappointing. The only thing this app put an end to was my phone number and respect for Verizon. BEFORE (2 stars): It doesn’t work. I gave it 2 stars because it did work. And it was glorious when it did. But over the last 2 days the oh so ridiculously obvious spam calls are being let through and allowed to leave voicemail. I’m jealous of those of you this works for, but for me, it doesn’t. ### 1/5 — Annoying and recurring spam notifications from this app *2026-08-19, version 18.3* As far as filtering calls it’s fine, but the excessive “we haven’t seen you in awhile“ notifications occurring twice a week when I open the app regularly,is a hell of an annoyance! No app should send out unimportant notifications like that so frequently (twice a week), and especially at 3:30 in the morning!! It’s also sad when Verizon thanks you for a positive review when pointing out its issues in a review. Since Verizon apparently didn’t actually read the review, I removed another star from the rating. Verizon, how about you actually LISTEN when users report this kind of thing? Yet more calls slip through then are blocked. In fact, today there were 10 calls that slipped through and left messages. Whats worse is Verizon Call Filter insights shows I received zero spam calls for the day. Worthless.
