However, took me like 2 months to get it set up. My business # was offline for forever until the regional business account manager got involved and saved the day! If you drive out of service for work, or if you put your phone into airplane mode because you fly a lot, you will never know about the calls you missed because the app never displays missed calls when you don’t have service. I have constant problems with this app. Dropped calls. All phones my business lines are supposed to ring on incoming calls, often only one or two will ring. Voicemail does not work and is often inaccessible. Text messages come through as garbled nonsense. Tech support is slow and ineffective. I've had to call almost every month to have features fixed. Not to mention I can barely understand the employees because of their heavy accents. I expect better from the world's largest communication company. All I needed was a second number for my business to be able to send text messages. 5 hours on the phone with support and multiple more by myself troubleshooting. We would get the issue resolved and then the next day the same issue would be back not allowing me to send text messages. Terrible, terrible, terrible. You can have great cell reception and WiFi and it will still tell you you’re not connected. Called customer service and they will just tell you to use call through but it won’t connect. Told me to delete the app and restart. Super annoying, frustrating, and infuriating ruins my mood cause I have to unpause my music, if im watching a video the audio is gone and have to restart the app or mute and unmute my phone for the audio to come back on. So tired of it ringing after the fsct the dnd button is on even hours after of it being off. We have a Verizon issued land line at the front desk. One talk is supposed to connect the cellphone to the land line so that reception can answer the phone while in the back or in the upstairs office. Half the time the app doesn’t even ring through to the phone. We just get notifications that we missed a call or have a voicemail. We also have Verizon WiFi. The only thing it does well is ring on multiple devices. Other than that I constantly miss texts they come in super late. Repeatedly I get voicemail notifications when it’s actually a text message. If another user is typing to our team we don’t see it until often when the client texts back so it results in us double messaging clients. I chased off anyone who ever loved me. I was down like a clown charlie brown. But then God gave me the One Talk app and I FINALLY stopped peeing in my pants. Thank you One Talk. However, over the last two months, the app has been incredibly reliable, responsive, and working wonderfully. It's a great improvement! I'm also happy to see the app available on the Mac App Store. The Mac version works smoothly, much better than the previous web-based download. There’s still a bit of lag with Contacts on Mac, but it's a major improvement. I love the WiFi/SIM passthrough switch—great feature! The issue with text messages going to the wrong contacts is finally fixed, and sync now works seamlessly. The phone app is also far superior to any other voice app on my phone. While I don’t use video messaging, I do notice that picture resolution could be better—it's mediocre but usable. As for video messaging, it still falls short, but that’s not a big deal for me. Higher resolution would be nice, but I can live with it. Overall, keep up the great work.
