My company switched from standard fobs to this and overall had been pretty painless. However, Bluetooth functionality on both iPhones and android has been mixed. Newer phones have not had much issue but older models of both sides experiencing Bluetooth either not working at all or taking a while to unlock. Something I’ve noticed while I’ve used this app with my IPhone 14 Pro, it repeatedly opens up the wallet app whenever I try to put my phone near the scanner. That’s mainly so to the nfc chip but slight annoying. My biggest gripe is the fact there is no Apple Watch support. I have an Apple Watch Ultra and would love to be able to just tap my watch near by or hold it nearby for doors to unlock but unfortunately they haven’t made the app for the watch. All the technology is there on the watch, I just don’t understand it. Ubiquiti has a watch app and I’ve seen multiple people praise it because it’s just so easy. It’s constantly looking for doors. Additionally, if you are hanging out or working close to a door 5-8 ft you can hear the lock continuously unlocking and re-locking non stop until you move far enough away and/or turn the app off. ### 1/5 — Trash. Why do you need to know where I am when I’m not near a door in order for you to find a door when I am near one and sharing location? I manually change the settings every single time because no app needs that much data on me. Unfortunately, not using the app is not an option ### 1/5 — Needs Apple Watch Compatibility *2025-09-10* This app would be perfect if it could unlock and answer door through the Apple Watch. Too often I don’t have my phone out at work and the ringer keeps blasting till I frantically pull my phone out. But this also applies to when my phone is somewhere in my bag and my hands are full, if only my watch could unlock it. I can generally hear them but not the reverse. I uninstall then reinstall and it sometimes works better but not always. As long as you set it up, take the time to dial it in to your liking it does what it’s supposed to. The only issue we’ve had has been with Android users unfortunately.
