I have tried all the suggestions as specified ( like going to specified start location, location settings etc) but it doesn't help. It always shows the blue dot(your car) off the route 100 ( as if you are on streets off route 100) and the audio doesn't play. I even tried calling customer service and there's no answer. They didn't bother to call back. Totally ruined my fall road trip. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you didn't get to experience the tour. Please dm us on info@gypsyguide.com and we'll be happy to send instructions for you to request a refund from the app store. If we aren't able to pick up a support call immediately we always return the call. We did have a message from a Vermont traveller a week or 2 ago who did not leave a call back number with their message. This may or may not have been you. Location information (blue dot) comes from the device itself. We tried apple cider donuts, swan in the incredibly beautiful Bingham falls, and wound our way through the perilously scenic road towards Stowe. What a great way to drive through Vermont.
