I want my money back ### 1/5 — Does not follow instructions *2026-07-20* Won’t follow prompts and spells everything incorrectly even when correct in the prompt. Then when I ask it to redo a video in hopes that the spelling will be correct it uses additional credits and wants me to buy new credits, even though I paid for an annual. Membership. ### 1/5 — Poor application service *2026-07-14* When ever I gave it a prompt it wouldn’t make it passed 17%. Especially after paying $9.99 for “Credit,” that I will never get back. This application is vanilla and could utilize significant aesthetic improvements. My personal opinion: Feels like a scam. ### 1/5 — Poor results *2026-07-10* Google recommended this app so I took a chance and purchased the first week for 9.99. I created a video which was not good quality. I was not offered the option to upload multiple photos to get the best image. If I needed to make adjustments to the video I was then asked to purchase more credits. Now I’m left with an 8 sec video that I paid 9.99 and I can’t even use it. I reached out to customer service to review my complaint and have not heard anything. It’s been three days. The subscription is 9.99 a week. I’m canceling cause it’s false advertising of the abilities of this app. Don’t subscribe. If the app is good it should be free for a week. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-06* I purchased this app because ChatGPT said it was the best for making videos. It completely changed my face, even though I told it not to, added a strange voice, even though I did not request speaking. It only lets you add one picture, so it is hard for the app to see details. I only had enough credits to try it twice but it doesn’t let you build on the old video, so you are starting over and the second one was even worse. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2026-07-04* Don’t waste your money ### 1/5 — Terrible and expensive *2026-07-03* Do not use! It seems cool at first but you have to keep prompting for changes. The system will not make simple spelling change after prompting over and over with clear instructions. Each spelling mistake it will not fix costs you $5. Used an AI text to create the video I wanted, and it was terrible and did not follow the prompt used. The worst thing is I double-tapped the create button (I guess my fault even though there is no confirmation button) so it created the video twice and I was out of credits to try to re-do it. In order to get more credits, I would have had to pay an additional $9.99. It was google recommended. Entered clear prompt, generated a very below average piece (even tho expectations where moderate), misspellings on basic words even after entered into the prompt, no option to edit… and then no tokens to create another video. A waste of time and find no value. A monthly should get you a dozen plus vids at minimum, and ones that can be edited so they can be used. ### 1/5 — Scam!!! *2026-07-31* This app is Scam, first they ask for Weekly/Monthly or yearly membership and even after you purchase they ask you to pay for Coins to make video, even after paging that, you will get nothing but demand for more money. Vero 3 occasionally doesn’t use my prompts. A good example of this is I tried to create a Still image which I specifically told Vero and it kept outputting video clips.
