Le bici potrebbero essere meglio mantenute (cambio, freni, batterie)
Servizio anticonsumatore: prendo una bici che non va al massimo e al successivo stallo provo a cambiarla per un altra, tentando anche con una elettrica per sopperire, rimango bloccato per 5min perché non si può consegnare e riprendere subito, con un errore generico su app che non spiega neanche per quanto si è bloccati.
Capisco evitare i furbi che cambiamo bici prima dello scattare del pagamento, ma ci son tanti modi per evitarlo senza impedire utilizzi leciti: non resettare i minuti se si restituisce e riprende una bici entro pochi minuti, lasciare la possibilità di cambiare tipologia di bici senza delay, …

Ho provato ad entrare nella app utilizzando un iphone 16 pro, ma quando mi autentico con il mio account (ho l’abbonamento annuale) con il mio numero cellulare, inserito il codice dell’sms di controllo, l’app va in crash, e se si tenta di riavviarla, rivà in crash e quindi è totalmente inutilizzabile. Ho provato a usare la app su un iphone 15 pro, e l’app funziona. Serve un aggiornamento per poter usare il nuovo iphone 16

Lo stallo non è funzionante ma non risulta dall’app. Si arriva in stazione e non si sa dove lasciare la bicicletta. È molto grave. È la prima volta che uso il servizio e lo stallo che è qualche centinaia di metri non è visibile . Occorre primo segnalare sull’app che lo stallo non è funzionare secondo lasciare un cartello per indicare lo stallo più vicino. Mi sembra un grave disservizio sopratutto per chi non sia un utente esperto

…magari non ci farei una Gran Fondo, ma per il pendolarismo lavorativo le bici svolgono egregiamente il servizio che nel complesso trovo sia una splendida soluzione, visto anche il traffico cittadino.

Trovo il servizio utilissimo e indispensabile. Critico solo il fatto che la notte non è attivo ( non lo comprendo) e che le bici andrebbero manutentate più spesso. Nulla di grave ma trovo spesso qualche problemuccio. 
Mettetene di più e sperando che il comune faccia una rete di piste ciclabili fruibili
