There is no option for it. Please review & solve it immediately ### 2/5 — Review on their horrendous support *2024-07-23, version 3.9.6* I sent an email asking how do i delete my auto debit bank, they sent a guide but that's not what i need i followed up with a question and no reply back. I had to transfer all my money to a different bank so that the auto debit would remove on its own. What're the option for people who doesn't have a second bank account? ### 2/5 — Reduction from 4.3% to 4% quietly *2023-12-13, version 3.3.0* As the title implies - they quietly reduced the rates to 4%. I was more than willing to put a nest egg there but after going through their customer service who gave me a robotic “subject to terms and conditions”, I withdrew my entire nest egg. Quite complacent, I would say. Of course you all can have a different opinion; their user interface was one of the better ones but sadly their reneging on promises just paints a grim picture of what they may do and what they can do in the near future. ### 2/5 — Quite extensive personal information needed *2021-02-04, version 0.0.24* Downloaded the app and created account. Before you can put money in, you must verify your identity. They not only require your IC number name, DOB, name etc but also need your employment information, salary range, company profile. I entered gibberish to prevent these info from leaking but my verification was rejected. I’m not convinced that they need this much information about me just for verification. It doesn’t seem like a sustainable business model to verify those information for every user too. ### 3/5 — Unable to load when new quest launches *2025-02-20, version 3.11.41* Once in a while, they have quests which grants bonus interest when we complete them. However, when such quests are added and notification is sent out to users, the app is unable to load properly. Perhaps the system is unable to cope with the traffic? Bravo! There’s ONE important thing that you, the dev team, need to work on though. You should allow the users the ability create multiple goals in Versa Cash and Versa Cash-i. I have many things that I would like to save with a time horizon of 1 year or less such as saving for car insurance, car maintenance, birthday event and festivals so a single goal for a money market fund is not enough. Learn from your competitor, TnGo Principal Money Market Fund regarding this matter. They allow the users to create multiple goals for their money market fund. If you include this feature, I intend to upgrade this review from 3 stars to 5 stars AND move my fund from your competitor to you ### 3/5 — Needs a bit more work *2021-02-25, version 0.0.28* Been a user since the app launched and overall, it needs a little bit more work done on the app interface. For example, the fund return quoted is as of 31st Dec 2020 but for ease of use, it should really quote the latest return rates to ease calculations. Maybe a forecasting table/chart would help? Whereby it can illustrate the potential gains assuming x% of returns. Another feature could be more visibility on the calculations. Right now in Transactions, there’s just a timeline and amount given, would it be possible instead to breakdown how the amount is derived? Users don’t want to go through the Help Centre to calculate everything but a simple breakdown in the Transactions item would help a lot. Honestly as it is, it’s in a functional state but it really needs a refresh. ### 4/5 — Making investment easy for everyone *2024-05-10, version 3.6.23* I just recently discovered this app and I personally like this app. Easy to choose which fund I would like to invest into without any hidden charges. It is regulated by SC hence reassuring me that this isn’t some dodgy app. You can check the interest return with just clicks away which makes me feel reassured. Have not tried the withdrawal feature and I’m hoping it works well without hiccups. However, me being me I’m still very weary about putting a large sum of money in it hence I’m just putting a small sum in it to test it out.
