Does anyone from Versa desk  test the app? Everything imaginable was done trying to connect but no luck.  Very bad support.. F grade

My desk supposedly is compatible with this app, but there is no obvious way to connect it. Neither the app nor the product manual explain how to connect the app. The web site proudly claims iOS connectivity but has no further information than that.
