Whether the app not working 4 out of 5 days is the apps fault or the driver I don’t know. I do know the app has difficulties finding ky students or remaining logged in on a regular basis ### 3/5 — This app *2026-01-29* The app works but sometimes it doesn’t I missed the bus so many times because of this app it tells me it’s in the same spot then tells me I missed the bus just for my bus to come and I missed it bc I thought I wasn’t coming it never tells me where the bus is or I don’t see the lil yellow thingy sometimes. There’s also no way to update or change password so I’ve been unable to login for the past year. The bus mapping would be in a certain place and it jumps to another. The mapping does not go along with the bus’s movement. There have also been many reviews where the maker of this site will update it. Still waiting. The time app says that the bus will be here is the same every single day so it’s hard to pinpoint the time I must send my child out. This is a horrible app please don’t get it. My biggest complaint or wish is that you could choose a default child from the drop down to start at. I have 4 kids and only one of them is eligible for the bus. I've used this app for just over 3 years now. I have three kids in three schools and I just switch at the top of the screen with a drop down option. One login, multiple kids, multiple busses. If this isn't the case, contact your bus company. Something isn't setup right. This app isn't always perfect, but it's a far cry from waiting in the MN winter while the bus is an hour late. Sub busses cause problems and sometimes a sub driver doesn't turn on the tracking. It even has an approximate time of arrival but if a bus stop is skipped due to a sick child then that time is not accurate, but that doesn’t matter because I can actually SEE the bus and I know when it will be here. Don’t expect it to be able to predict real world changes like accidents and sick students or those things, that’s impossible. Expect it to show you where your child’s bus is and you’ll be happy. We did have some trouble getting it set up; but once again this was the schools fault and the app developers did everything required to get me going ASAP ### 5/5 — So helpful! *2018-02-07, version 2.3.36* While our school doesn’t seem to use all the features, like scanning on and off the bus, this app has been a big help. Especially one day when my son left his sports gear bag on the bus when coming home for a long weekend. After a few minutes of panic when he came in the door without it, I could pull up this app and see that his bus was now sitting at the neighborhood elementary school waiting for it’s next run. We drove over and met the bus (the driver was shocked that we’d found him!) and got the bag.
