I’ve been looking for an app that allows me to put whatever verse I want on my widgets so I can memorize them quicker because they are everywhere on my screen, including my lock screen. This app is so awesome and it’s really helping me just have the word of God everywhere and it’s helping me memorize scripture at the same time because I always see it and read it!! I love the fact that when I download, I don’t have to create an account or anything, I can just get set up right away and have exactly the Bible verse that I want as my widgets.

As part of the verses 2.0, verses 2.0.1 brings bug fixes from the upgrade and improvements. One major improvement is we changed the time interval for long verses to instead give you the ability to "tap" the verse on your home and lock screen widgets and they will change to the next continued verse in line. We also noticed, from this update, that when you pasted a Bible verse it was not properly cleaning it up. This has been fixed too!

• Rotation. Set a collection to rotate and a new verse arrives every few minutes, every hour, or once a day.
• 54 more fonts, from Baskerville to Snell Roundhand.
• Bring in any font of your own.
• Your own colors and photos behind any verse.
• Size the reference and the verse separately for every widget size.
• A lock screen preview, so you see it exactly before you save.
