This is a fantastic app for any back pained patients who are about to or have already undergone spinal surgery.

This lessons on exercise instruction, spinal disorders, and spine surgery and recovery are extremely beneficial.  

Knowing what to expect before and after surgery makes it so much easier to deal with.

The interviews with surgeons, physical therapists and pain management doctors are terrific.
