## What is Vertigo Tracker?

Log a dizzy spell or a headache right when it happens. Tap "Dizzy now" and a dark screen starts a timer, so how long it lasted is saved for you.

Switch between Vertigo mode and Headache mode with one tap at the top of Home. Your records stay either way.

■ Vertigo mode
• "Dizzy now": a dark screen with a timer, and at the top, when to call an ambulance right away, with a call button
• Daily log: dizziness, distress and activity from 0 to 4; ringing, hearing and ear fullness for each ear. Days in bed, off work or not driving are counted too

■ Headache mode
• "Hurts now": the time is saved the moment you tap. Where it hurts, severity and medicine can wait
• Today's headache: once a day, one tap (none, mild, half, lying down), on the Japanese Headache Society diary's scale
• Medication days (free): days per medicine type, next to the International Classification of Headache Disorders guideline (10 or 15 days a month). Ask your doctor or pharmacist about how you use medicine
• Log your usual warning signs before the pain (yawning, a stiff neck, flickering lights…) — even when nothing hurts yet

■ Tip cards and a monthly look-back
• One short card a day on Home, restating information from public health bodies and medical societies, with the source. "Read more" opens the original page
• Monthly look-back: every 30 days, days counted from your log plus three questions. No scores. Your answers appear next to last month's in the doctor report

■ Pressure, matched against YOUR records
• A barometric forecast for your area, as a chart and a sky you can scrub through time: the next 24 hours free, 3 days and a full week with Pro
• An alert before big drops — before, not while it is already falling (free for your first 14 days, then Pro)

■ Monthly summary (Pro)
• A weekday × time-of-day grid shows where your worst attacks gather
• Days that lined up with sleep, stress, skipped meals, caffeine, alcohol or menstruation, counted side by side with days that did not
• Headache days per month, before and after starting a preventive, side by side
• Medications ranked by how often they worked, with how much you took on the same screen
• It reports counted facts. It does not diagnose or predict

■ Ready for the consultation room
• Two doctor-ready reports, one for each doctor (Pro). The Vertigo Log lists duration, triggers and ear symptoms. The Headache Log is laid out like a paper headache diary: morning/afternoon/night columns, severity as + marks, medication and its effect, menstruation, symptom marks
• Visit prep (Pro): your next appointment and questions for your doctor, on page 1 of the report
• Export everything as CSV (Pro)

■ Free, forever
Unlimited attack, daily, headache-day and warning-sign records, medication days, the monthly look-back, tip cards, the next 24 hours of pressure and sky, your last 3 days of history, daily logs (sleep, skipped meals, stress, menstruation and more) and record reminders are all free. For your first 14 days, full history and pre-drop alerts are free to try too.

■ Vertigo Tracker Pro
Full history, the full monthly summary, before-and-after for preventives, a week of pressure ahead, pre-drop alerts, the doctor-ready PDF, visit prep and CSV export.
• Monthly plan (free trial included, auto-renewing, cancel anytime)
• Yearly plan (auto-renewing, cheaper than paying monthly)
• One-time purchase (pay once)
All three unlock the same features. Your records are never taken away if you stay free.

■ Privacy
No account. Your records stay on this device only — nothing is sent to the developer or anyone else. Zero ads and zero analytics SDKs (App Privacy: Data Not Collected).

Vertigo Tracker is a journaling app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict or treat any condition. Talk to a doctor about your symptoms.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.2 — 2026-10-19

Rin Sky is now Vertigo Tracker. Your records, purchases and widgets all stay.
• Show others: during an attack, show family or coworkers what helps and when to call an ambulance, in big type (from the attack screen)
• Now on iPad
• Headache duration uses headache-sized ranges
• If you use the period field, the doctor report counts periods with a headache from 2 days before to day 3
• The character is gone from inside the app, leaving more room for your log and the pressure (the icon stays)
• Fixed overlapping labels in the 1-week pressure chart

### 2.0.1 — 2026-10-18

Small fixes.
• The Pro explanation now matches your mode (in Vertigo mode, the sample is the vertigo report)
• Home tells you once, 3 days before your first 14 days end
• Other small display fixes
Why we changed it is explained in "What's new" when you open the app.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-10-12

Rin Sky now has two modes, Vertigo and Headache. Switch with one tap at the top of Home. Your records stay.
• Vertigo mode: "Dizzy now" opens a dark timer screen, with when to call an ambulance at the top. A daily log for dizziness, distress, activity and each ear
• Headache mode: a dark "Hurts now" screen, one-tap headache days, and medication days (free)
• A report for each doctor: a Headache Log and a Vertigo Log
• Tips now come as one short card a day on Home. Plus a monthly look-back
Why we changed it is explained in "What's new" when you open the app.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-10-02

We're now Rin Sky (formerly DizzyLog). Your records, purchases and widgets are unchanged.
• Fixed: on iOS 26 the share sheet for the doctor report or CSV opened as a narrow, clipped window.
• Fixed: visit reminders and pressure-drop alerts could arrive twice.
• Before and after preventive medicine now says when there aren't enough earlier records to compare.
• Fixed: after a Pro plan ended, pre-drop alerts showed as on but never sounded.
• Smaller display fixes.
Open the app to see “What's new” for why we changed the name.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-10-01

A big refresh, inside and out.
• A warm new look that matches the icon, with softer light so it won't glare mid-headache.
• A sky on Home with a time slider: slide it to see the forecast pressure and sky ahead.
• Severity is now shown as rings — countable even if colors are hard to tell apart.
• Log your warning signs (yawning, stiff neck, flickering lights…) even before any pain.
• Visit prep: add your next appointment and questions for your doctor. You'll get reminders 3 days and 1 day before, and your questions appear on page 1 of the doctor report (Pro).
• Compare headache days per month before and after starting a preventive (Pro).
• The guide has been rewritten in 7 short chapters.
• We've revised what's free. The next 24 hours of forecast and your last 3 days of history are free, and pressure-drop alerts and full history can be tried free for your first 14 days. Logging stays completely free.
• Fixed: the same pressure-drop alert could sound again each time you opened the app.
Open the app to see “What's new” for the details and the reasons behind each change.
