## What is VertigoMe?

VertigoMe is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is for general wellness and self-tracking. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.

VertigoMe helps you keep one clear record of your vertigo and the everyday things around it, then turns your own logged history into patterns you can use and share with your doctor.

Track everything in seconds. Log a spin by voice, text, or a tap from your own list of symptoms, triggers, medicines and reliefs. Say "woke up with the room spinning, took 16mg betahistine" and VertigoMe sorts the details for you.

It watches the things that matter to you. Connect Apple Health, Oura, Polar or Garmin (optional) and your sleep, heart rate and recovery come in automatically. Live weather is logged for your location, since many people track pressure changes. Link a food app or scan meals and ingredients like sodium, caffeine and alcohol are noted in your diary.

Understand your own data. The Insights tab summarises your logged history: how often you've recorded spins, which factors tend to show up alongside them, which positions you've noted, and how you felt after each medicine. Ask VertigoMe about your own data in plain English and it answers from what you've logged.

Whether you live with BPPV, Vestibular Migraine, Meniere's, Vestibular Neuritis, PPPD or MdDS, VertigoMe gives you one organised place to record and understand your experience. Premium unlocks fuller summaries and exportable reports to share with your clinician.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-08-28

• Tinnitus now has its own detail sheet: which ear, what it sounded like, when it started and stopped, and how long it lasted. If it changes during a spin, add another moment.
• Tinnitus also gets its own insights card, so you can see how often it turns up and what it turns up alongside.
• You can log a spin the moment it starts and fill in the rest later. Tap the banner and it saves right away.
• Position is now part of the Symptoms pool, so everything you felt sits in one place instead of its own step.
• Data Settings lets you choose which device each metric comes from.
• The Help centre has been rewritten: clearer answers, and the contact details now sit at the top.
• Fixes to the translated medicine category labels and the cycle countdown.

• The good-days card is now called “What Strengthens You”, so it no longer reads like “What Worked”.
• Sharing your diary with a practitioner is now an offer they accept. Nothing is shared until they say yes, and only you can start it.

VertigoMe now speaks your language: the community feed, food search and insights all read in German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese. Plus a new Shop, a Food card in your log, and notifications that open on the screen they are about.

Spin Timeline: every tracked-data line now carries its own name, pinned to the line itself with a marker, so the graph stays readable however many metrics you overlay. Plus small fixes.
