They charged me for the e-SIM package four times, but gave me nothing. They're scammers, don't use them!!!

I am being directed that in order to contact Verum I need to download apple mail to contact Verum support, I do not want apple mail.

Also, I have an existing eSIM on the phone with Verum and trying to activate another one why will it not activate another Verum ESIM?
