When I checked the emails and found the links at later time, the validity had already gone! How come such poor engagement model! ### 1/5 — Won’t link *2025-05-17, version 4.1.11* The app won’t link to my starling account ### 1/5 — Name change still poor *2025-04-15, version 4.1.10* As the title says it’s changed name but it’s still poor. It’s either all online orders only and everything else is based near London. Do you realise there are a lot of people that don’t live and never want to live in london? Do those living further away not deserve offers and discounts too??? Update 2025, well they now offer gift cards and the discount is so poor and they’ve not improved on my previous list of issues. I get better discounts from my employer than the poor 2% for a gift card. After that the app is no longer functional and just says “whoops - an error occurred”.
