I also had all my accounts color coded and someone at the CU changed a theme or color options available to dark colors so none of them match what I had before, and it’s not on brand with everything else they have. mobile deposit is not consistent, and yes, I’ve written for mobile deposit only on back of check. Any time I’ve mentioned mobile deposit the few times I have to go into a branch, staff offer no help and skip over subject.
