I didn’t see all the reviews about the birthday format error until after I had the same problem. 2 years and no resolution?! That is plain ridiculous! If I could no stars I would.

I am getting the same error message that birthday is wrong when there clearly isn’t a slot to put it in! I noticed this same problem is #1 on reviews dating well past a YEAR AGO! What gives?
