اول شيء الطلبات يسحبون عليك ثلاث ايام وتبلغ عليها ولا شيء يصير الشيء الثاني الطلب اللي تطلبه يجيك طلب ثاني الشيء الثالث خدمة العملاء الصراحه مادري وش واجبهم اشوف التطبيق بدون خدمة عملاء يكون افضل لن وجودهم زي عدمهم مانصح في التطبيق واخر مره اشترك واجربه

I am extremely disappointed with this service. My order was not delivered, and there was no communication or explanation for the delay. To make matters worse, they took my money and did not offer any appropriate compensation or apology. This is completely unacceptable and far below the level of service I expected. I will not be using this app again and would not recommend it to others.

لو فيه اقل من نجمه كان اخترتها !

تشترك بتوصيل مسائي يجيب لك الطلب الظهر 

تخيل طلب بكرة يوصلونه لك الظهر 
وهذا اذا وصلوه لك 
انا مشترك عندهم لمدة شهر ثاني يوم في الاشتراك ماوصلوا لي 
واليوم اخر يوم ماوصلوا لي 
والزعم حقهم جاهز للاعذار فقط

للأسف التسويق الي يصير للبرنامج ذا وجودة الاكل كلها فاشلة، انا تسممت من وجبه المكرونة باللحم وريحة اللحم كانت جدًا سيئة!! كلمت الدعم في الواتس وغير متجاوبين ابدًا. لا انصح بالبرنامج ولا يغركم ابو ربيعة وغيرة.

تجربه سيئة جدًا اشترك عندهم شهر وبعد اقل من اسبوع قررت الغي الاشتراك ، غير جديرين بالثقه ، ثلاجات سياراتهم دايم خربانه والاكل يطلع مع المندوب من الصباح ويقعد يدور فيه لين يفسد وبعدها يجيبه لك خربان وريحته فاسدة ، يومين ورا بعض استلمت وجباتي خربانه وماراح اقول شي الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم ، الفلوس تلقاها بكل مكان بس الامانه والشغل النظيف صعب جدًا على الناس الطماعه واللي كل همهما فلوس
