I’ve used this app for a bit but undownloaded it when I stopped using my watch. I recently redownloaded it and I see so many basic grammar and spelling errors like the kinds you would see in scams, which I don’t remember them being there before ### 2/5 — Ads are ridiculous *2026-05-26, version 3.6.0* I’ve used this several years, after the last update the ads are crazy. It shows the temperature on my watch but nowhere on the app or the watch can I change this from Celsius to Fahrenheit. 2. I can only use the find my phone feature from my watch if the app is open on my phone, 3. This constantly seems to delete my user name on my app. Not a huge deal for #3 but I thought I would mention it. ### 2/5 — App has finally tanked, with scam ads *2025-11-26, version 3.5.5* I’ve been content to use VeryFitPro for several years now, since I want to go to the cheap route with a fitness watch. It’s never been a beautiful system – some fonts too tiny to read, seems to occasionally lose weeks or months worth of data for no apparent reason– but I’m not a pro athlete that needs to track every detail accurately, so i’ve just put up with it. But lately it’s crossed the line. It’s gone from showing ads when you first open it (almost universal now, I recognize) to showing video ads with sound (picture yourself opening it near people and having sound start playing unexpectedly, and no setting to change that), to now video ads that are obvious scams (today a window that looked very much like an iPhone window popped up and said my storage was full, with actual Apple notification sounds playing insistently, as if it was an emergency). In other words, this app is now in the gutter. My watch is wearing out, and when it does, I won’t be going with something that uses VeryFitPro again. ### 2/5 — So much promise so little to gain *2025-11-05, version 3.5.5* I bought this as an upgrade, or so I thought. What a joke. Only useful thing is it can tell time and it reminds me to exercise on que. the bp is not accurate the blood oxygen is not accurate, the heart rate is not accurate, it’s glitchy, it won’t stay synched, I don’t care about it taking calls playing music or making coffee. It won’t even accurately measure my sleep or steps. Total waste of money. Oh, and I had to sync it just to update the time. Now after five months the black plastic on the back is wearing down and losing pigment. It flashes light at night every time you move so much it wakes you up or worse makes deep sleep difficult. I wish I had never bought it. Total waste of my hard earned money. Well….., today (Sept 2025) the advertisement was for software. The advert started out “your phone is infected by a Trojan virus….” Seriously? ### 3/5 — Bad distance tracking *2025-09-15, version 3.5.4* I got this watch so that I could track my mileage for an upcoming xc season, but the mileage tracking is terrible. I ran 6 miles on a track one day, and the watch said I ran a little over 3😂. I hope that in newer versions of this watch, they actually track the distance accurately. Other than that, there have been a few glitches in the system (such as a 3 hour night of sleep lol) but it tells me the time and has a functioning stopwatch, which is all a runner really needs. ### 2/5 — Can’t access customer help? *2025-09-06, version 3.5.4* I dont know if this is a bug but I cant seem to access customer service. It keeps taking me from the original very fit app to this very fit pro I bind it, but it will not pair. I try to reach out to support and there is no support Available. The recent updates have not improved things. I like to see steps and deep sleep info. Sometimes it records nothing. Not sure why. Whenever the clocks change I lose the history too which is also annoying. This latest update has now put an advert in the middle of the screen - the same thing - people kissing all the time. Really? I don’t want to be seeing that when I am looking at my step count. Would I recommend it? Everything worked great for 6 months (I switched to using the new VeryFit app) then the attachment point for the band to the watch snapped on the watch itself. Works very well and is what I needed to set the watch up with all the details and the right time... It only reachs 30 meters I think. Another bad thing is the limited apps I can connect to my watch. It doesn't have a Google Chat app or a Google Meet app either. But there are some good things too. One thing is is that it accurately times my sleep.
