## What is Vesica?

“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” James 4:8

Vesica is a Bible made for time with God. Most Bible apps compete for your attention; Vesica keeps it on Him. There is only the page, turning like paper, and beside it a notebook for what He is showing you, in your own handwriting or typed. Each morning begins with a prayer from Scripture. No feed, no streaks, no ads, and no account needed to read.

NOTHING BETWEEN YOU AND HIS WORD
• Pages turn like a real book, with two-page spreads on iPad
• The words of Jesus in red, classic book margins, chapter heads in small caps
• Six typefaces made for long reading, and five page colors from warm Vellum to Midnight
• Tools appear when you tap the middle of the page, then step aside while you read
• Works offline: all 11 translations are built in

WRITE WHAT HE'S SHOWING YOU
• Every chapter has its own notebook, beside the page on iPad and below it on iPhone
• Write with Apple Pencil or type. Pan and zoom, so a sketch can grow into a mind map
• Underline and write on the Bible page itself, as in a paper Bible. Your ink stays with its words
• Come back months later and see what He taught you
• Highlight the verses that speak to you, a whole verse or just a few words, and find them again in one place

BEGIN EACH DAY IN PRAYER
• He speaks in His Word; you answer Him in prayer
• The first time you open Vesica each day, a Prayer of the Day from Scripture is waiting, most of them from the Psalms
• It's yours alone, and the same on all your devices

UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU READ (OPTIONAL)
• When a passage is hard, ask about the verse in front of you and get an answer grounded in Scripture
• Every verse it cites is quoted from your own Bible, with links that open the passage
• Each answer ends with what to read next, so it leads you deeper into the Word, not away from it
• Your chats are kept for you, privately, in your iCloud
• Ask uses Sign in with Apple and is free up to a daily limit. Vesica Plus raises it to 100 questions a day

YOUR TIME WITH HIM, ON EVERY DEVICE
• iPhone in the morning, iPad or Mac at night: all kept in step through your own iCloud
• Nothing is lost: edits from two devices are merged, and anything you delete waits 30 days in Recently Deleted
• Private: no ads, no analytics, no tracking
