Vesper not only helped my figure out the intimidating gym and made me feel confident in my routine, but it helps me figure out how to balance every day. There are other apps out there that do that for a crazy upfront fee, but Vesper’s the best I’ve found and gives you a certain amount of credits free, so it’s the clear winner in my book and well worth the premium version when you’re ready! ### 1/5 — Crashes on Open - Doesn't even work *2024-02-28* Worked at first. After really engaging with the AI. I was really impressed with its ability to remember points I’ve made and the longer I chatted the more it understood me as a person and in the end gave me great advice on my next steps in how to better myself and even gave me careers advice which I’m now actively chasing as I didn’t even think of pursuing a specific career before my initial conversation . It gives you all kinds of exercises to help you with journaling! Not only this but it has an AI to coach you when you’re overwhelmed on need to talk through something. I often talk to it to help me plan my day or to stop myself from procrastinating! You can talk to the AI for free which is great although you do have to pay for the journaling exercises. These are very effective and they’re all inspired by successful people, businesses and based on science so in my opinion it is worth the money! You can subscribe so that you get all of the new exercises that they add to the library on an ongoing basis! If your work requires a lot of thought and planning then this app is great as you can ask yourself the same questions that CEOs, authors, and creatives ask themselves to get clarity.
