Are y’all hiring for programmers? I can do a better job. This happens even though it initially says I did and the problem with it is that the paycheck is gonna arrive lower and they can’t do nothing about it, they should fix that. The consistent clock out issues are too much. When you as the app user try to fix this, it errors you out and forces you to uninstall and reinstall the app. ### 2/5 — GPS issue *2024-12-20, version 3.2.1* The GPS part of this app is never correct. You can be standing next to the client when you clock in, but it shows that you were over 2000 ft.² in the app from the learned location. I accidentally forgot to clock out, and there was no way for me to fix it. Also, I don’t like how sometimes it shows you further away from a destination than you really are. Sometimes the only way to fix it. It’s to clock out and clock back in by then you were late clocking in. The State of (Texas) Stupidity wastes time and efforts of people to cheat working peole. ### 2/5 — not a very well though out app *2024-10-10, version 3.1.8* it feel like this app was put together quickly and not a very well though out. one of the problem that should have been notice and fixed was let say you sign in time on Monday and forgot to sign out. the next day when you log in you have to sign out so some how it said you have been working on that day since mid night and now what ever the time you sign in and out for that day is completely ignore. please fix it. ### 1/5 — Credentials won’t work. *2024-07-03, version 3.1.3* I logged in once for my job no problem. My healthcare company wanted to change the credentials and the security pin went from 6 digits to five digits and I haven’t been able to login since multiple times and get the same error error number 309. I tried to delete the app and now I can’t get it back on my Home Screen. I get a text message at least twice a week telling me that I did not clock in when I did! It is very difficult to prove that you did clock in because this is the only system that is used and nothing ever gets resolved. They end up telling me that I cannot be paid for the hours because it was showing that I did not clock in. When I have trouble, I will text them or call them and they tell me the same thing uninstall the app and reinstall the app. I do that at least four times a week and it still does not work like it is supposed to. Now for days it’s been telling me I need WiFi …. I have WiFi , I’ve also done EVERYTHING to get it to work including deleting and reinstalling the app but NOPE no luck at all . I keep getting in trouble for the apps mistakes and I’m sick of it . Before it used to remind you your scheduled times, in an out, and time remaining. Now it doesn’t do either.
