Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy to use, great selection of designer items, and the whole buying and selling process was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality pre-owned luxury fashion.

I repeatedly emailed Vestiaire Collective about a seller’s listings that I believed misrepresented the items being offered and provided supporting information. Despite being notified of these concerns, Vestiaire allowed the seller to continue selling and permanently banned my account after I raised the issue. Based on my documented experience, I believe the company’s handling of this matter was deceptive. Buyers should exercise caution.

Je suis très déçu de la qualité de votre service après-vente ainsi que de votre processus de contrôle qualité et d’authentification.
Cela fait maintenant 10 ans que je suis client de Vestiaire Collective et j’ai toujours apprécié, jusqu’à récemment, la qualité de vos produits et de vos services. Cependant, je constate depuis quelque temps une forte dégradation du service, notamment au niveau du contrôle qualité et de l’authentification. Cela donne aujourd’hui l’impression que ces contrôles sont effectués de manière expéditive et ne permettent plus de rassurer les clients comme auparavant.

Ma dernière expérience, il y a quelques jours, est particulièrement décevante. J’ai acheté une valise qui m’a été livrée fermée, sans le code permettant de l’ouvrir. Or, cette valise est censée avoir passé avec succès vos étapes de contrôle qualité et d’authentification.

Je me demande donc comment cette valise a pu être contrôlée et authentifiée en seulement 24 heures sans que vous ayez récupéré le code auprès du vendeur et sans avoir pu vérifier correctement son contenu et son état.

Cela fait maintenant 15 jours que j’attends de votre part le code permettant d’ouvrir la valise et, malgré mes relances, je n’ai toujours reçu aucun retour.

Après 10 ans de fidélité, je trouve cette situation particulièrement décevante et inquiétante et j’espère sincèrement que vous prendrez cette réclamation au sérieux afin d’améliorer la qualité de vos services contrôle et authentification.

This looks like a great idea, but they facilitate the sales of fakes, their “authenticity check” is BS, their customer service is useless, and they completely dismiss good faith customers. God forbid you decide to buy anything expensive and have any issues with that.

The site allows for multiple offers and does not monitor would be buyers. So on one item I turned down an offer on an alternate site due to an acceptance deal - no contact from buyer and the admin just saying yes that’s it so be careful with 3 “confirmed deals” none have completed. I have ended up deleting and using an alternative app

I usually don’t make app reviews, but this one irritated me so much I felt forced to. The app logs me out of my account on its own every few hours or so, there’s constant lagging and the app rarely  even shows the images of the actual items, instead I see the grey V logo. A lot of times I’m not even able to use the search bar or open any listings because of code “408”, which makes no sense on my end, since every time I get that code my internet speed is at 800mbps. 

Great website and love what they offer, but their app absolutely sucks!!!!

Edit: I have always been using the most recent version update of the app. The app is just bad
