## What is Vestilo?

Vestilo is a wellness companion built around motion comfort, not background music or entertainment. Its brief 100 Hz tone sessions are inspired by early research suggesting that this sound may reduce motion sickness-related discomfort under experimental conditions. Whether this app provides relief has not been established.

RESEARCH, WITH CONTEXT
Vestilo is inspired by preliminary research, not proven results for this app. The original experiments used calibrated sound levels that phones and headphones cannot reliably reproduce. Session lengths are listening preferences, not claims of greater effectiveness.

Vestilo is independent and is not developed by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Nagoya University or the study's authors.
