### 4/5 — Some hoops to get through

*2026-07-24, version 2.0.24*

I have yet to make a ticket request as I build tokens monthly. Since getting tokens is key to app use - I would advise that buying gear should be a means of getting tokens.

### 3/5 — Great service! App needs work

*2026-07-13*

It’s come a long way from what it used to, searching through events is pretty rough. It’s hard to catch good events in my town unless you’re checking the app every hour, and most of the events are permanent slop that I have to sledge through. Please add a filter to remove specific events from the feed, also notifications need some work to more consistently notify users of notable events, especially if they aren’t lottery events.

I am extremely grateful for this service! I would simply like a more user friendly app experience.

### 2/5 — Thank you Photos and Account Suspended

*2026-07-08*

Be careful with the Thank you and photo requirement of VetTix. VetTix used to send one an email with instructions and then changed their policy and I was unaware of the new policy to thank the organization that donated the tickets. I did not receive a notification after the event and it wasn’t until after I was suspended for 90 days that I even knew VetTix had an App. So, be careful because there is no appeal process which any normal person would want. By the way, I love VetTix and thank them so much for there efforts, they need to work on Customer Service.

### 2/5 — Insufferable Changes

*2026-07-08*

The recent changes to Vet Tix have made the experience far more frustrating than it used to be. It feels like the entire veteran community is being subjected to stressful restrictions because of the actions of a small number of people.

For a program that is supposed to improve veterans’ quality of life and provide relief from the stress many of us carry, these changes seem to do the opposite. Many veterans live with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges, and adding unnecessary hurdles undermines the purpose of the program.

Some of the new requirements also draw unwanted attention to veterans in public. Many of us prefer to enjoy events discreetly rather than have our veteran status highlighted. Having to meet additional requirements that make us stand out can be uncomfortable and, for some, emotionally taxing.

I understand the need to prevent abuse, but there has to be a better way than creating burdens for everyone or compromising the privacy many veterans value. I hope Vet Tix will reconsider these policies and find solutions that hold individuals accountable without negatively impacting the veterans who rely on and appreciate this resource.

### 4/5 — App

*2026-07-07*

The app is good, there are a few bugs that can be fixed. When I travel state to state, sometimes I’m about to change the setting to a different state, and sometimes not. There are times where I have to put in my password and verify every time I use the app. But overall the app is good

### 3/5 — Great for single or 2 ticket persons, not for family

*2026-07-01, version 2.0.21*

They RAIRLY give tickets out to families of 4 for major events like MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, etc. if you have a party of 1 or 2 you will have a greater success of getting tickets to events you desire. They are “free” tickets minus transfer fees and any other fees they want to tack on but if you can snag some then good for you.

### 4/5 — Vet Tix

*2026-06-26, version 2.0.21*

Amazing. I love Vet Tix a buddy showed it to me a long time ago but I moved to Nashville now. I am able to go to more concerts I love. One thing though. I wish you could search by the artist. It would make it easier to find your favorites instead of scrolling page after page.

### 3/5 — New To Me

*2026-05-31, version 2.0.17*

I've been thankful for VetTix for so many years. And I've donated yearly too.

I've just started getting acquainted with the app. My one wish for the app so far is to be able to move my Home Notification map... example, I'd rather see events in Denver CO, than Roswell NM. I have my Additional Notification map set perfectly for Arizona and California, that I am comfortable driving to. Please make the Home Notification Map slightly adjustable.

Will post additional reviews once I see events that I am able to and want to attend.

This is definitely more convenient than the website, so far.

### 4/5 — Great service, some issues

*2026-05-12, version 2.0.17*

Overall it is beyond awesome. One criticism is the Las Vegas region is getting listings for events that require mandatory payment such as shooting classes that require you to pay large amounts of money to attend, that seems like exploitation of this service just to get money from veterans.

### 2/5 — Need help

*2026-05-03, version 2.0.16*

It seems I am unable to contact anyone directly. I need some help and I keep being referred to hot links. It claims my ID.me account is already connected to an account and I need to sign into vet tix with that account. But I never created an account with yall until today. PLEASE HELP!

### 2/5 — App is riddled with scam advertisements

*2026-05-01, version 2.0.16*

As of the recent update this app is now full of ads. Not only any ads, but specifically scam ads. I was greeted with a fake “Activate your account” banner when I logged in (it was an ad). Ads are bad enough as it is, but not even vetting your advertisers when they’re preying on your customers is super lame. 👎

### 3/5 — Confusing app

*2026-04-16, version 2.0.15*

Cant get to photo part. Love the free tickets. Hard to share app with fellow vets.

### 3/5 — Needs to be updated by city!

*2026-04-14, version 2.0.15*

Please update the app to filter what city your in than just the State. It’s so time consuming sucking going through all the events to find your city events

### 2/5 — Account suspension

*2026-04-13*

Had my account suspended twice now because the program mistakes your photos as either photoshopped or altered. Now that it’s requested more often than before to submit a photo, they should at least be able to lift suspension when their program gets it wrong. And yes it is free tickets, but we still pay for a service fees when obtaining the tickets. Least they can do is provide an alibi portion for us to dispute the suspension.

### 2/5 — Can't login to app

*2026-04-08, version 2.0.15*

Since the last 2 updates I can't login to the app it says my info is wrong but it's the same login I use on the website so I know it's right! With the latest update I thought maybe it was going to fix that issue but it did not I still cannot login with the app

### 3/5 — You ever notice how updates make every App worse?

*2026-03-31, version 2.0.11*

And these guys do it constantly. It’s the most disrespectful thing to vets I’ve ever seen, like they’re purposely trying to screw them.

### 3/5 — Missing the state I’m in

*2026-03-09, version 1.3.97*

The app is good but it’s missing New Mexico.

### 2/5 — App didn't work for Thank you

*2026-02-28, version 1.3.96*

Tried to take a picture for thank you in the app this evening and it didn't work. Hard to say thank you when the only tool available to do it doesn't function.

### 2/5 — Vet tix fix this

*2026-02-25, version 1.3.94*

I’m honesty cool with the app. It’s does everything the website does but more convenient. What I’m not cool with is there “annual audit” which requires me to submit a photo that must go through the mobile app. If you want people to download your mobile app, just say it. Don’t fake a reason to ban my account so I have to get your mobile app. Shame on you vet tix

### 4/5 — Love the service, but the app has some growing pains

*2026-02-12*

I appreciate the fact that we have an app now, it makes it easier for me to find events, get notified of events, and access my tickets. However, the new feature that requires you to take a photo at the event and requires you to type up The thank you before you can save the photo, is stressful and difficult. Can we get a saved draft feature that allows us to save the photo and location data and come back to write the thank you later? I attended an event last night that required us to lock up our cell phones for the duration of the event. Thus, my friends, and I were unable to take the photo until after the event, while standing outside in the cold at 11 PM. Having to type up the message right then, while standing in the cold, while my friends waited for me, was stressful. Thus, my thank you message was brief generic. Allowing us to save the photo and come back for the message later would make this less stressful, safer (for events like last night, where I couldn’t get my phone back until we went outside), and more accessible.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Customer Support Lacking

*2026-06-30, version 2.0.21*

The review says it all.

### 1/5 — Won’t let me login

*2026-05-25, version 2.0.17*

Can’t reset pw can’t get ahold of anyone and bought tickets

### 1/5 — Teaser glitch

*2026-02-27*

This app is so annoying. It’ll pop up on your home screen with a notification that there’s a concert/event that you want to see and then when you go click on it the notification then it opens the app and then it will prompt you to confirm your address or the rules and then after you update everything and agree, then the event is not available or it disappears because you can’t get to the event and then you go back to search for tickets and then the event doesn’t even exist.

Why are you even promote events through notifications when you can’t even access the actual event with in the search option…?

This app has so much potential, but this glitch is so disappointing. Hopefully they read this and fix it.

### 1/5 — Great Service, horrendous execution!!!!

*2026-02-11, version 1.3.92*

The premise is great and”when” it worked it was awesome. All the “changes” and app based have made it an absolute nightmare to use . Can’t get help to verify! Leave a review and thanks, then didn’t upload and suspended. I want my old VetTix back like I want my My MTV

### 1/5 — Trash

*2026-01-21, version 1.3.89*

U can only win events that nobody rlly goes to and aren’t fun, they say they have tickets available but they rlly don’t, and they just want you to propagate their app at the event

### 1/5 — App is terrible, waste of great tickets! Not worth it. Better to buy tickets.

*2025-12-28, version 1.3.89*

Original app was great. Really helped our military patriots receive something special for their service.

New staff at Vet Tix are not tech savvy. Maybe hire younger people with better tech skills?

Was excited to use the tickets, arrived at stadium after pledging repeatedly to say “Thank You” on the App.

Whoever designed this new feature never considered a packed stadium, with only one bar of 5G, means no one can use their internet to upload photos.

Spent entire event looking at phone trying to upload a ‘Thank You’ photo.

### 1/5 — Don’t Like The New Update

*2025-12-18, version 1.3.89*

Went home from the show and it says can’t upload photo due to not being at the venue. That’s crazy. Now that I know this new rule. I’ll upload while there.

### 1/5 — Won’t let you submit a thank you message.

*2025-11-29, version 1.3.87*

Can’t submit a thank you message nor photo. I emailed support but no one has responded.

### 1/5 — F

*2025-11-11, version 1.3.84*

I can’t even log into the app… but I can log into my account on website.

### 1/5 — Sloppy at worst, Mid at best *shrugs*

*2025-10-15*

There is a magnifying/ search glass icon that serves no search query function. The apps interface is dated. The tickets being sold should be 100% free for the service member but they’re being charged bogus “delivery fees.” Raffles you’ve entered under “recent” and “requests” disappear, leaving no evidence that you’ve participated in one a while back. There’s no way to set a permanent filter for specific recurring events. It appears you cannot filter out specific entertainment for example without having to block an entire category. The overall 3 star rating speaks for itself.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app…FINALLY.

*2026-05-05, version 2.0.16*

Finally an app to go along with the exceptional vet tix experience. Thanks for what you do.

### 5/5 — Good company but lottery procedure could be better

*2026-05-01*

You need to enter a lottery system to win tickets. Many lottery winners don’t even claim their tickets. When there are leftover tickets instead of assigning them to people who already enrolled in the lottery, they rerun the lottery for second round. You have to re-enter the lottery again in the next round. This goes on until all tickets are sold.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-04-27, version 2.0.16*

Works great never have an issue. I think the functionality is always above par.

### 5/5 — Events are great

*2026-03-30*

Got banned for not uploading a picture with thank you message for 1 day which I understand I didn’t read the rules. But some people don’t like to put up public pictures.

Got tickets to awakening at Wynn Las Vegas. Premier show. Front row! Best seat in the house!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-02-24, version 1.3.94*

Great app for consolidating all the website’s features. Great app support, also! Loved the inclusion for being able to say “Thanks” inside the app.

But the best part is the cause and the support! We’ve had a great time at the couple events we’ve been to!

### 5/5 — Like it!

*2026-02-23, version 1.3.94*

Love that I’m able to see tix pop up quicker in my vet tix app notifications than emails that are sent to me from vet tix. I’ve been able to snag tickets even faster thanks to the app.

### 5/5 — VET TIX

*2026-02-20, version 1.3.92*

Thank you

### 5/5 — Appreciate

*2026-01-12, version 1.3.89*

Grateful for all the hard work that goes into this. Allows me to spend time with my family at wholesome events. Thank you

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2025-10-29, version 1.3.83*

Thank you for supporting Vet and having this amazing program. :)

### 5/5 — Thank you for your services

*2025-10-26*

Thank you. The service provided is sub par. I’ve used the app for tickets once and I am beyond appreciative. The app itself has a slight learning curve but overall is absolutely navigable. Wish there was a distance sort option vs state alone but that is splitting hairs. To this team, Thank yall again! Each and every person who makes this app to the seats possible!!
