### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on my iPhone.

Sent one message to vet office requesting meds and didn’t hear back. Deleted and reinstalled app next day and found that the office had left me several messages. Now when I open the app, it’s either a blank white screen or green with vet2pet logo. They’ve got problems.

Useless doesn’t even list my vet even though they are part of the network

**Developer response:** @quatermain6, thanks for your feedback! This version of the Vet2Pet app was recently released and includes a select number of vet practices. Your vet likely uses a version of the app that has their own custom branding and practice name on it. 

We recommend searching the App Store for the name of your veterinary practice: that's where you'll find your vet's app! Apologies for any confusion.

I cannot change the settings to allow upload of photos. The settings available are None or Add only.

Unable to adjust notification preferences and getting alerts to set an appointment for an appointment that’s already been set.  Email, text, and app alert is overkill but I can’t adjust it.  I appreciate the convenience this app provides but also weighing whether it’s worth the irritating notifications to keep it.

I love the way this app not only serves as a convenient communication platform, but also keeps track of appointments and medications.

I was so happy to conveniently use this app to quickly & easily order a refill on my dog’s meds, especially when the office is closed.

So happy my veterinarian decide to use this app. So much easier to communicate with my vet, schedule appointments, in addition to ordering meds and food for my two goldens. :)
