This app helps tell the stories we are holding on to and helps understand why we feel the way we do. I especially enjoy taking the day quizzes asking how I’m feeling, and the journal. The app is especially useful for Native American veterans but is useful for all veterans and all people. Along with writing and emotional props the app has many resources listed for people to reach out to. This app feels like the people who made it really care and are offering many ways to help others.
