## What is VetiCloud Pet?

VetiCloud is the app for pet owners whose veterinary practice runs on the VetiCloud system. Everything about your dog's, cat's or other companion's health in one place, synced straight from the clinic.

BOOK APPOINTMENTS 24/7
• Pick the clinic, service, vet and a free slot from the practice's real calendar
• Book at any hour — no phone calls, no waiting on hold
• Clinic finder with map, distance, opening hours and the nearest available slot
• If the clinic requires a prepayment, you can pay online right at booking
• Upcoming and past appointments in one view, with cancellation when plans change

YOUR PET'S HEALTH RECORD
• Profiles for all your animals: species, breed, age, weight, colour, microchip number, photo
• Vaccinations with expiry dates and a clear status: current, due soon, overdue
• Parasite prevention — you always know when the next dose is due
• Data comes straight from the clinic, so it matches your vet's records

TREATMENT UNDER CONTROL
• Medication plan after each visit, with doses to tick off
• Visit history together with your vet's recommendations
• Pre-visit questionnaire — answer ahead of time so the vet arrives prepared
• Chat with the clinic whenever a question comes up after the visit

REMINDERS THAT WORK
• Push notifications for booking confirmations and upcoming visits
• Alerts for expiring vaccinations and prevention
• Health tips written by veterinarians

CONVENIENCE AND PRIVACY
• Sign in with email, Apple or Google
• Five languages: English, Polish, German, Ukrainian and Spanish
• Light and dark mode
• No ads

The app is free for pet owners. Full access to medical data, visit history and booking requires linking your account with a veterinary clinic that uses VetiCloud — ask your practice to verify you.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-27

• Pick your pet's breed from a list — just type a few letters.
• Set the date of birth, and the date and time of reminders, with a calendar.
• Fixes and improvements.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-26

• Pet photo: add one from the camera or your library. The pet screen has a fresh new look.
• Wellbeing diary: mood, energy and appetite on a 1–5 scale, plus a note and tags (walk, vomiting, itching…). Your clinic can see the entries too.
• The app is useful before your clinic activates your account: request a preliminary appointment (the clinic confirms it), keep pet profiles with a diary and set your own reminders, e.g. for deworming.
• Activation code: show it at the reception of any VetiCloud clinic and your account is linked right away.
• Map of VetiCloud clinics, and clinics near you (within 50 km) on the home screen.
• Online payment and stability fixes.
