Fixed an issue where reminder notifications could keep showing up for medications or pets that were already edited or deleted. Reminders now stay in sync with what's actually in the app.

VetMed Tracker is now on iPhone and iPad.
- Fixed reminders that could stop firing after reinstalling, getting a new phone, or signing in on another device. Reminders now re-arm every time you open the app.
- The app now warns you if notifications are turned off and offers a shortcut to turn them on.
- Dates now display in your chosen format consistently across the app.
