## What is Vetora?

Vetora helps a small group turn a shared plan into a decision everyone can follow.
Must-haves stay firm. Preferences rank what still works. When you lock the plan, it shows what was chosen, why it fits, and what each person does next.
Use it when friends are choosing Saturday brunch or dinner, parents are setting a birthday, a family is picking a getaway, or a small team is planning a meal where every dietary need has to be honored. Name the people deciding together, then lay out the dates, times, and places still in play.
If Saturday noon is impossible for someone, that option drops. You can see who set the limit and the exact words they used. What people prefer then sorts the options that remain: a first choice, fine with it, or rather not. The idea most people like still has to clear every hard limit.
Questions that could change the outcome stay attached to the person who will answer them. When every hard limit is met, lock the plan and share it so the group can follow through. A reminder can keep the next step in view.
Need to revisit it later? Reopen the discussion. The plan you already locked stays on record, along with the reason it changed.
- Separate must-haves from personal preferences
- See who ruled an option out, and which limit did it
- Compare the options that still fit
- Keep each open question with the person responsible
- Lock a plan that names the next step for everyone
- Share the result and set a reminder to follow through
