Life and time saver!! ### 5/5 — Bravo VetPocket!! *2024-12-12* I have been searching for an app like this for my team, thank you for creating such an amazing tool. I purchased seats for my entire staff and they couldn’t be happier! The techs have already been able to answer owner questions without needing to ask the vet - like calculating energy requirements for the patients. The minimum dosage for many drugs is less than that or much less than that. So I end up having to alter the concentration to make it fit, and I fear it’ll end up confusing me and I’ll make a mistake with my patients. It was incredibly helpful and made it much easier to provide quick, accurate information without making clients wait. Unfortunately, many of the features that were previously accessible now require a Pro subscription, which has been very disappointing. The app was a valuable tool for improving client communication and efficiency during appointments. Since those core features are now locked behind a paywall, I’ll likely need to look for another option that better supports my workflow and allows me to continue educating clients in real time without having to step away from them. ### 1/5 — Useless for me *2024-11-30, version 2.5* I work at an ER, I downloaded this app hoping it would make work more efficient for when we have the case load and the critical nature of what we see in the ER, but the free features of this app are useless to me in the office I work at. I need access to the CPR drugs, CRI calculations, etc and I don’t have the ability to pay the price required to get those features. I was looking for more advanced mcg/kg/hr type calculator for the price. I requested a refund within the hour of purchase only to have the maker of the app deny my request. I had to submit a rebuttal & sit on the phone with Apple for 40 min before it was resolved. Buyer beware! As a staff, we went the extra step and filled out the “My Drugs” section with the drugs we carry in the hospital and doses our doctors typically use for each drug. It has caught so many drug dosing errors and has helped streamline our workflow.
