There was a complaint from 5 months ago. And nothing has been done to rectify this. I’m sorry, but your claims to be a place where people can earn from their value of their opinions is entirely false unless people have a way to effectively receive their earnings. I am speaking up about it, because for almost half of a year, if not more, it is a matter that has been either overlooked or ignored. PEOPLE ARE COUNTING ON YOU. It’s up to you whether you will hold up your promise, or let us all down. - ….someone who works very hard to get where he’s gotten…. ### 3/5 — Needs to fix PayPal issue *2023-11-09* So overall a very good survey app, but there have been this on going technical issue with cashing out to PayPal. I wish they would fix it. It says you can cash out to meta mask (or something like that), but I don’t have that or have any wish to get it. I’ve been doing surveys for many many years with various companies and have stayed loyal to them and have never run into this issue. I had to shut down my account because no one in the company responded to my emails after a couple of days. Needless to say I lost $7 and some change. And I had only cashed out once or twice. The notice said something about PayPal not being able to do something because of technical Difficulties. I wish someone would reach out to me from this company. Thank you for what I was able to earn. ### 3/5 — Kinda Sketch *2023-05-16* Soo I’ve only had it for a day and already running into issues. It’s pretty easy to set up but a bit confusing. I keep wanting to cash out and it keeps showing error. So this is kind of sketchy because it’s not letting me get my money. I was hoping this wasn’t like the other apps, but it might be. I don’t download an app like this expecting to make bank, but I also don’t download it to fully waste my time. While it takes a little longer to cash out, there are several rewards and it is pretty steady. You can’t order a Cadillac, but you can put a few $ in your piggy bank! ### 3/5 — it’s wtv. 😒 *2022-07-28, version 5.3.4* I loved this app during the first week everyting was going good the surveys almost never crashed. Then after a while they started crashing and when it got time to cash out it said tht my account was banned, so I reached out to vetri like 4 or more times. They only answered me once and since then i haven’t gotten my reward it’s a pretty good app but it sorta needs more and better communication. I added the App to my iPhone. Signing up there went very smoothly. I just completed my first survey. I’m thinking I will enjoy taking the surveys. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — THEY DONT PAY *2023-10-08* I have been doing surveys until I reached out $12 which is the minimum to cash out . The only cash out option is PayPal which is unavailable , and reading many other reviews , it says it has been unavailable for months . Another thing is that they are still promoting it everywhere as a fast way to make cash , let me tell you , don’t waste your time, you can’t cash out . I’m going to report them on apple and every other site I can find BBB because this is not okay . ### 1/5 — Horrible app and lack of customer service *2023-08-10* I hate this app! I have accumulated money by giving my opinion on their surveys and I am unable to cash out my balance due to PayPal having temporary unavailable services. That same message has been there since I started using the app. I have sent a couple of emails about my concerns and no one has bothered to follow up with me. So, I give this app one star. Be careful before using this app if you don’t want to have issues cashing out. I guess I’ll have to take the loss because they don’t even care to respond!! ### 1/5 — Be careful… *2023-03-31* This app has some nice surveys, but if you have a problem there is no way to contact them directly. They will also suspend your account without giving you a valid reason for it except to basically say “we think you did something wrong so we are going to suspend your account.” They will suspend your account, not tell you what you are supposed to have done wrong, and not give you a chance to appeal this unfair decision. My advice is to be careful using this survey because I am not sure the people behind it are altogether trustworthy. ### 1/5 — Nope *2023-02-06, version 5.4.7* Of the 30 surveys I tried, 7 actually paid out. And when I say tried, I mean spend 15 minutes doing the survey and then when the final submission is hit, it times out or tells you you’re not what they are looking for (rejection issues 😂). In addition, most surveys take nearly double the time advertised. The long and short of it is surveys are a terrible use of time if you’re wanting/needing to make money. ### 1/5 — One of the worst *2023-01-19, version 5.4.7* Definitely one of the worst survey sites/ apps. There are much better options out there. I get disqualified all the time unless the survey breaks. Surveys take far longer than they say. The pay is very low compared to other options. I regret signing up for this one. Also just want to say again most surveys disqualify me after spending a long time in the survey (sometimes the survey will even say “thank you for completing this survey” but VETRI will say I was disqualified) ### 1/5 — I want answers *2023-01-01, version 5.4.7* Why? Why does this advertise high paying surveys when the best I can do is 30 cents or so for a 20 minute survey? Why are there other people saying they’ve gotten great rewards when this is all I can get? Why will it always disqualify me from a survey and give me one cent (sometimes) in return? I want these questions answered. ### 1/5 — Complete waste of time *2022-11-06, version 5.4.5* Huge waste of time! Use the reputable ‘Quick Thoughts’ survey app instead. Don’t waste your time using this survey app. Imagine spending 30+ minutes thoughtfully and honestly completing a survey and after having fully 100% completing and submitting the survey—to then be presented with the bogus “Not qualified” message—and thus cheated out of your payment. This is both bad business practices and highly unethical. ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this app, unfortunately. *2022-10-29, version 5.4.2* I was looking forward to using this app since the layout was pleasant and it offered the option of depositing money to my venmo account, which is nice. However, after taking two surveys and being declined the reward I was owed at the end, I am deleting this app right after I finish writing this review. I have no idea why this happened since the survey was a basic beginner survey for my profile. One was 25 cents and I don’t remember the other one. The only possible reason I could think of is that I read and answer questions quickly. That does not mean that I am not being honest at all. Some of us have been taking surveys for years so we’re already familiar with many of the generic questions being asked. Seriously disappointed. **Developer response:** Hi survey d/q's can be for a variety of reasons speed as you mention can be a potential flag. we would encourage just to answer the questions normally, and if you are having issues further you can always email us ### 1/5 — Very very low pay *2022-10-11, version 5.4.0* I have used a lot of survey platforms and this one definitely underwhelms. It’s confusing how all of the marketing keeps saying up to 300% higher paying than competitors. It should say pays 30% or less than competitors. The lowest paying survey on my dashboard right now is 11 minutes for 1 cent and the highest is 47 cents for 39 minutes if you qualify It said you make $3 on the first 2 surveys. I have done 5 so far including the profiles and I’m at $2.14 or 641 VLD. I have screened out of most surveys I have tried and a small percentage give 1 cent on the screen out but most don’t give anything. My favorite survey app always gives at least 10 cents on a screen out and pays dramatically more for completed surveys than this one. **Developer response:** Hello there are a variety of surveys to take depending on the offers available and your demographic. we are always working to improve our survey offers to our users for more reawrds. ### 1/5 — Do not download waste of time *2022-09-15, version 5.3.7* The app is a complete waste of time it is absolutely horrible almost every time you get close to finishing a survey it says “do not qualify” and makes you leave the survey after they got all your information and don't have to pay you its an actual scam ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best Survey App *2023-01-24, version 5.4.7* This is one of the best survey app in the network with short surveys with less drop outs. Not only was I provided with a good amount of surveys but I was also pleasantly surprised by their generous pay rate at the completion of the survey. I was even more impressed with their commitment to giving back to the community, partnering with charities to support those in need. Thankfully I updated the app and discovered that PayPal is now available. I love using VETRI surveys and I wouldn't trade it for any other app. As I stated in my previous review, not only are they a not for profit organization, but they also pay 300 times more than most other survey apps. I hope this helps anyone looking for a way to earn a little extra cash, don't give up.
