IMPORTANT NOTICE
There have been many people bringing in complaints about how the PayPal cash out method doesn’t work. There was a complaint from 5 months ago. And nothing has been done to rectify this. I’m sorry, but your claims to be a place where people can earn from their value of their opinions is entirely false unless people have a way to effectively receive their earnings. I am speaking up about it, because for almost half of a year, if not more, it is a matter that has been either overlooked or ignored.

Needs to fix PayPal issue
So overall a very good survey app, but there have been this on going technical issue with cashing out to PayPal. I wish they would fix it. It says you can cash out to meta mask (or something like that), but I don’t have that or have any wish to get it. So if the PayPal issue would be resolved I would give this 5 stars, but until then I give it a 3.

THEY DONT PAY
I have been doing surveys until I reached out $12 which is the minimum to cash out . The only cash out option is PayPal which is unavailable , and reading many other reviews , it says it has been unavailable for months . Another thing is that they are still promoting it everywhere as a fast way to make cash , let me tell you , don’t waste your time, you can’t cash out . I’m going to report them on apple and every other site I can find BBB because this is not okay .

Horrible app and lack of customer service
I hate this app! I have accumulated money by giving my opinion on their surveys and I am unable to cash out my balance due to PayPal having temporary unavailable services. That same message has been there since I started using the app. I have sent a couple of emails about my concerns and no one has bothered to follow up with me. So, I give this app one star. Be careful before using this app if you don’t want to have issues cashing out. I guess I’ll have to take the loss because they don’t even care to respond!!
