You can type the address in, but you can’t tap select or enter or anything to get it to actually search the address. I tried to use the app to go back but the app wouldn’t find a destination and I tried to setup a favourite but that wouldn’t work either. However, even though I had Apple Pay linked to my account, my driver still wanted me to pay with debit or in cash after the ride was over. Furthermore, the cost listed in the app and what the metre in the cab showed were different. Finally, the “contact us” button in the app doesn’t call an actual person. It just leads to a voice mailbox where the user can leave a destination and time for their next booking, which if you are on the app, you can already do. This seems redundant, and doesn’t help when I actually need to speak to a person because I have questions about their service. ### 1/5 — Over Charged *2024-06-01, version 3.11.0* Today I took my first ride with them For a 10 minute ride it cost me 25 dollars How can they explain this charging this much money to students ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2023-10-21, version 3.7.0* I recently had a disappointing experience with Vets Cab. The drivers were consistently rude and unprofessional, and it seemed like they were determined to increase the fare in any way possible. Moreover, the operators were not helpful, and when I attempted to complain about a driver's behavior, I was surprisingly banned from their service. This lack of customer support and accountability makes it difficult to recommend Vets Cab for reliable and satisfactory transportation. ### 1/5 — Not able to book cab *2023-10-14, version 3.7.0* After updating my phone to ios 17 i am not able to book a cab. When i search by pitting in address for pickup it shows something went wrong message and no location comes up. Troubled by this very much as I frequently need to book the cab. It could update the drivers’ locations more frequently, but, it’s fine. Vets cabs themselves can be pretty sketchy, they clearly benefit from their monopoly, and couldn’t be bothered to pick you up within 20 minutes, you’d think they only have 2 cars in the whole of Windsor.
