You can’t even send tech feedback because it won’t let you click on the submit feedback button Did not process my 30 day trial code and charged me without my consent ### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE *2020-07-20, version 3.4* This app is a joke. The platform is terribly built with tons of glitches and overall in app inaccessibility. The only thing they will provide you with is something that could easily be found through a simple web search. Love best friends animal society but do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money with this third party app from vets plus more. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2020-05-14, version 3.0* This is the worst app I have ever used. Letters I type are invisible in fields entered. Most of the questions that need answering to access most information are invisible so defeats the purpose of questions. I love Best Friends and have volunteered for them. But this 3rd party company is a joke. I signed up for the free 30 day trial. I used it right away regarding a mild issue with my dog’s tummy. The video feed was horrible. I was disconnected a few times. The vet had a strong accent and, along with the poor connection, was hard to understand. Her recommendation? Take the dog to a vet. LOL. I thought that’s what I was doing! I cancelled right away 3 months ago and they charged me again 2 days ago. ### 1/5 — Don’t download, unauthorized charges! *2019-12-31, version 2.9* This app is complete trash and BF should be ashamed to endorse it. It’s operated by Vets Plus so BF won’t help you with tech support, billing, etc. After adopting a kitten, Best Friends emailed me a free trial month of this app. I signed up with the promo code but was charged 12.99 anyway. I finally got a hold of vets plus and on 12/12/19 they stated they’d refund me but I’ve yet to get a refund. The app is glitchy, doesn’t scroll all the way, etc. Save your time and money! ### 5/5 — This app has saved me tons of money *2019-04-04, version 1.8* I have a one of those dogs. If he can eat it he will and he will definitely get sick. Have used the app 4 times and each time I avoided a visit to the vet.
