Tried multiple times but no luck. Wrote an email to support for help but no response. ### 1/5 — Can’t make appointments *2025-07-30, version 1.6.4* There is an option to request appointment. Only option is emergency appointment. I don’t want an emergency appointment. I’m trying to book the vaccine appointment Vets4Pets keeps texting me about. Would be useful to have all appointments on there rather than have to make a separate note of them. Pointless app ### 1/5 — No longer works *2025-04-21, version 1.6.4* 21st Apr 2025. Still doesn’t work. 21st Dec 2024. Still doesn’t work and support is non existent. The app used to work pretty well and provided great information, but recently I can’t see anything other than “Updating account error” messages. I tried contacting the listed support email address but no one replies and no acknowledgment. Massive shame. ### 1/5 — Constant errors *2025-04-14, version 1.6.4* App review, not the vets! The app constantly crashes, tells me data is in the wrong format. Booked an appointment it errors, try again it errors. Reload the app it’s booked both try to cancel it errors and doesn’t remove it. I certainly wouldn’t be a proud developer with an app like this!! The app itself is rubbish. You can’t change details, it won’t allow me to book appointments at the moment and says I’ve got 3 pets all with the same details. Can’t update any of my details including my house move and the new vets location. Doesn’t show appointments. Doesn’t give me any more information that I can get on the usual vets4pets app. Pointless! ### 1/5 — Paw! *2026-04-18, version 1.6.5* Pretty useless. In terms of usability, it’s not great. Appointments can only be book with a vet, so if a simple claw clipping or something else done by a nurse, you still have to phone to book. Also can’t see a full record. Worst thing about it is if you move - no way to change your address or move practice, you have to register again. Also no way to remove your account if you want to delete the app. Don’t bother! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-04-13, version 1.6.5* I had to ring the vet to get my appointment, then the follow ups don’t ever appear on the appointment list, so it’s kinda useless to be honest. You never get the details from the vets on the app either. Not sure why they have created an app if it does not even do the basics. This app is just plain rubbish. She is very caring and the dogs calmed down with her. Thank you x ### 5/5 — First class vets *2023-03-07* I highly recommend this practice The staff are amazing and thoughtful and caring about the pets and their owners Very impressive and professional and helpful and polite Would give them 10 stars if I could Fantastic work keep it going this practice ### 5/5 — Brida *2023-02-01* We was told by our daughter, if you’re going to get a veterinary Practice for our Brida, then go to Vets4pets Colchester at Tollgate, and what great advice that was, the staff was so accommodating & when it came to explaining pet plans, insurance etc etc we walked out of there with total peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff & especially to Johan the Vet, who checked Brida over and really made us feel that all our questions was answered. Also I would like to say what an awesome app, to be able to see all that our Brida’s history, visits, medication, appointments, etc etc is absolutely awesome. Customer service is fantastic, we made a query at 4pm and got an instant reply by 4.30pm by telephone call. So for Vets4pets it’s a 10/10 from us. ### 5/5 — Ridiculous App *2022-07-12* Like the first ratings. I too can’t change vets. In fact I have NEVER been to Hanford Road, only Martlesham.
