Shouldn’t it be built for a phone? *2023-07-29, version 1.0.7* App screens link to a web page that designed for a laptop, no a phone screen ### 1/5 — Amature Web Design *2023-07-29, version 1.0.7* Is this the first web site someone designed? I downloaded it from the Apple Store and yet it doesn't use any of the built in links that Apple/Safari already has stored for me like Name, Number, Zip.... Also the initial Logon screen prompts for a Userid for the Vet. That's where the cursor starts. Needs lots of work. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2023-04-12, version 1.0.7* Request appointment does not work. Submitted a request and did not hear from vet. Had to call directly to office. Hard navigate. Can not tell selectable buttons from just text on a page. Very slow response. Can not print information like shot records to give to groomers/boarders. Again have to call vet and pick up. I read someone’s review that they tapped a lot on the login button and that worked for me too because the first time you tap it, it doesn’t work. It loads everything extremely slow. It won’t let me activate text messaging on the app or on the site either. I hope this app gets fixed, because I’d really find it useful. ### 1/5 — Unable to creat account *2021-07-19, version 1.0.7* Robot verification keeps saying “ Incorrect Captcha” ### 1/5 — Captcha not valid? *2021-07-12, version 1.0.7* Ive been trying to get set up on this app but every time I click the “I’m not a robot” captcha it then tells me “Captcha is not valid” and “incorrect captcha.” Ive even deleted the app and started over and I get the same thing. ### 1/5 — Login button half broken and just ineffective app *2020-11-16, version 1.0.7* I just downloaded this app so I don’t have to log in to the desktop version to access my vet info, but the Log In button only let me in after a dozen presses. Then it only led me to my vet’s page where it led me to login *again* and looped me back to the initial login area. In other words, I can’t even access the vet info on this sadly useless app. Back to the desktop version I guess ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-05-28, version 1.0.7* This app is incredibly cumbersome. Trying to create an account. It can’t find my account. I can’t type in the password fields. It won’t connect to my Apple password app to access the password I did create. Looking like they had not been an update to the app in 5 years! I mean come on, why would vet clinics even use this thing? ### 1/5 — Nearly Non-Functional *2025-05-22, version 1.0.7* This app has caused me so much frustration while trying to operate. The login screen initiates the frustration: not only do the fields for entering username and password fail to recognize taps (they’re calibrated incorrectly) and require long presses multiple times to give you cursor access to the fields, they don’t automatically pull up Password Autofill options. Once you finally manage to login, app redirects while moving through menus easily become lost— the app gets confused and errors out. It takes ages to load basic information, I cannot submit medication refill requests, and even basic scrolling makes vital menus disappear. This app hasn’t even updated in multiple years. ### 1/5 — What’s The Point? *2024-12-13, version 1.0.7* Other than seeing your name, address and your pet’s name, there is no other information available except any medications your pet may have taken. I was hoping to see past visits, make appointments, etc. Honestly, not worth downloading. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-09-24, version 1.0.7* I don’t know anything about website design but obviously the person that created this app was in the same boat. The links and buttons do not work properly and there is always a delay if a button does redirect from one page to another. I prefer calling the vet and doing business in person rather than using this app. ### 1/5 — Simply awful *2024-09-21, version 1.0.7* It is my belief that this app is just email harvesting, because it’s a totally useless. It makes you create account, verify account, then the login doesn’t even work. None of the links function whatsoever. Cant access my rewards. Can’t schedule appointment. Nothing. Just pitiful honestly. ### 1/5 — Not useful *2024-02-20, version 1.0.7* How are vet clinics using this app? It’s the most glitchy thing I’ve ever used. When you login the options to tap on at the bottom disappear repeatedly, which leaves you trying to find what you need through the dropdown menu. That barely works either. I see nowhere to view vet records. All you can see is upcoming vaccinations and your pet’s basic info. I suppose you could see their medications, but my dog’s med doesn’t show up. They have a LOT of work to do to make this worth anyone’s time. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-02-07, version 1.0.7* I couldn’t even log into the app. I kept pressing the log in button it but it was as if it was just a picture. ### 1/5 — Nothing works *2024-01-13, version 1.0.7* After taking 30 minutes to finally get logged in because it didn’t like anything I input, nothing in the app worked. They couldn’t retrieve my let’s medication history and I couldn’t book an appointment. It’s working well for me, a great way to see all of my pets’ medical and appt info in one place. I love being able to upload their photos, such a cute and personal touch. They have been there for us when we truly needed a goodDoctor that we could trust for our dog.For the past two years they’ve taken care of our dog Ike with such care and with such wonderful results. I would trust them with my animal they are wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful and we have had vets for over 40 years and Dr. Roth and this team are the best we’ve ever come in contact with. Even after moving to another state and having problems with getting care they have been online through the whole process and helping us.
