The vet and care was 4. But I wish to cancel program now and there is no way to cancel. Poor design. ### 1/5 — Check the state! *2026-08-09, version 3.55.0* Make sure when you schedule an appt you make sure the provider can prescribe medications in your state. They will tell you they cannot give meds but will continue with consultation. Then tell you to schedule another appt for a licensed provider to give a prescription for your state. Thankfully the provider I saw gave me otc options in the note. Basically a waste of time. This place is going to take your money, you will not save money or take a shortcut here ! Do what’s right by your animal and your heart ! In a world of vet appointments that are 2 weeks away from when you need them, this app is perfect for most things that aren’t immediate emergencies. Every vet professional i’ve dealt with through Vetster has been amazing. ### 1/5 — Mrs. T. *2026-07-14, version 3.55.0* The doctors are good, but team communication is really bad. Unless you are doing nothing and seating on your phone 24/7. Your animal will die before you get your medication. If you are a busy person, just go directly to the doctor. Your communication with the team will take all your time, that you can use for work or getting done some other tasks. I loved the doctor and was so happy for some savings. But if you do not get your meds or if it takes 2-3 weeks to get them all the doctor’s work is pointless. He’s a very healthy young dog so I knew I probably just needed some meds. Talked with a vet. She basically confirmed he was fine and just needed som meds to calm his tummy and stop the diarrhea. She said I would get a visit summary and I could have the meds mailed to my hotel. I waited all day for the visit summary and a confirmation that meds are on the way. Fed him chicken and rice as I had been to help make the situation better. But he started having diarrhea again late at night. Headed to the ER to get meds. Took 15 minutes and another $300 (on top of the $100 I paid on vetster). Got the meds and my dog and I finally got some sleep. Next morning I finally get the visit summary and the prescription for the meds. Turns out that the same “prescription meds” are available at many different stores around the country for $29 when this vetster vet wanted to charge me $90 some bucks for the EXACT same medication…same exact packing, same exact ingredients, same exact strength. WOW…I know vet care is a business but come on. This is just not right! $102 for a 10-15 minute call with a vet that helped me zero and then had to wait 24 hours to get a script I didn’t even need.
