They recently removed AfterPay as a payment option which has made me a hesitant buyer now. So then I got this app and every single time I try to order it just says in great big red capital letters PAYMENT FAILED. And I didn’t even put a credit card number in yet. Can’t even get to that point. I’ve tried emailing them over and over again, and it takes them about 2 weeks to answer and then all they say is ”The website is working fine” SERIOUSLY?! if I can’t place an order via your website or your app - IT IS NOT WORKING! ### 1/5 — Be careful *2025-07-16, version 7.3* Says shipping with 24 hours. 7 days later I called them to speak to someone in a different country with broken English. Feel like an app launched from the 90’s! Slow, lags and crashes ### 1/5 — Can’t update payment details *2021-06-08* There is no way to update payment details on the app or website, you have to call them which is crazy in 2021. And when you have an auto-renew setup it doesn’t tell you payment hasn’t gone through, it just displays as ‘in process’ and nowhere does it say that payment hasn’t been successful so you have no clue until you contact them. ### 1/5 — UnhappyCustomer *2019-12-29, version 5.2* A really poor mobile experience particularly with trying to make cba payment. Our last recent order has not been received and after the 2 phone calls I have yet to hear back from them after placing the order 3 weeks ago.
