Anyway, we saw a few people riding these bicycles. Dear HQ, try to fix this issue. It doesn't show on the map. It charged me and my partner 300 zł for 5 min ride because we parked in the wrong place (which was a bike stand). The total fee should have been 0PLN, I ended up getting chatged 150PLN, because it said that I returned the bike in an unauthorised zone, despite returning it exactly to where I rented it from. This is deceitful and the 150 fee is hidden deep in the Terms&Regulations and is not shown when you try to rent a bike. ### 1/5 — Shame *2025-05-09, version 2.1.1* I couldn’t care less to do things like writing reviews like this one, but I honestly wish apps like this to stop their stupid existence. The bikes are great, but the whole parking thing is confusing. Never have I ever in my entire life been charged 40$ for parking in the wrong place. People say it’s a scam and I want to agree here. In different apps I’ve been using in different countries you simply can’t park your vehicle in the place it’s not allowed to park. Here I had no notification whatsoever that I did something wrong and later I’ve been charged 300PLN for both of the bikes I’ve parked “wrong”. After seeing so many horrible reviews I’m kinda surprised and also disappointed that this business exists. Just want to warn everyone here that this app really isn’t worth the headache. Station parking is free. This make no any sense. Especially from design perspective it’s hard to find on map where is free parkings, but easy to find green zone parking (with 15 PLN fee) and out of zone parking not marked with any colour. On last weekend due to misleading colour and design I parked 2 where other bike was parked and received 450 PLN fee(3x150 PLN, 1 bicycle was parked twice because of bug in application). This is not first time , I already received fee because of green station fee. Cheap rides = intendedly misleading design = scam business model. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — New user *2026-05-22, version 2.2.9* Followed all the steps for registration and still waiting for the activation code to be sent to my mobile phone. There is no way to report a problem, once you get stuck on message not being received, that’s it. No troubleshooting available. Locked my bike and followed the instructions to finish the ride and got confirmation. Came back to the app later to say I have somehow scanned another bike (which I didn’t). Couldn’t close it because I don’t know where the bike is, customer support chat is useless bot. I don’t have any ability to call them as I don’t have a polish sim. Reported a problem in the app further explaining the situation. Totally ruined the trip due to some random glitch in the app. Not sure how much I will be charged. But honestly don’t bother. It’s not worth the hassle. ### 1/5 — Return only on stations! *2025-09-16, version 2.2.1* Charged 15 PLN when I returned on green zone. ### 1/5 — Terrible Support and Scamming application *2025-09-14, version 2.2.1* Came here to tell my story but instantly found same case here. App allowed to rent me the bike which wasn't at the station and I got charged 300 zlotys for unlocking the only listed bike at the station which wasn't there, instead there was a one bike which wasn't working. So I unlocked the bike somewhere else, support has not provided any help at all, they closed bike after 12 hours and charged me for this inconvenience. I've contacted the support and they didn't care about their malfunctioning application, they are oriented on eating money from leading people into the mistakes, that was the impression they left after reaching out for help. Terrible service, terrible application, never gonna use it again. ### 1/5 — Parking system *2025-09-13, version 2.2.1* This was my first and definitely last ride on Veturilo. Their temporary parking system is completely useless. I just wanted to leave the bike for 5 minutes to pop into a store, but the app assumed I was ending the ride and charged me 130 PLN. Seriously, why isn’t there a warning or confirmation before ending the ride? ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-09-12, version 2.2.1* I lost money because of this app. Tried to rent a bike that app showed as available but it wasn’t even at the station. Support made me wait 12 hours before they could do anything instead of fixing it right away and cancelling the ride. This led to an unfair charge. After wasting lots of time with chat support, phone support and appealing my case, they refused to refund me. And here’s the question: if remote rental is not permitted (their words), then why does the app even have “rent a bike” button? People can easily click it by mistake, and then they are trapped in a ride they can’t cancel, losing money while support does absolutely nothing. This design and policy combo feels predatory. Users shouldn’t pay for app/system errors, left with no options, and support offers no real help. They should be able to resolve such issues immediately. Very disappointing and honestly looks like a scam ### 1/5 — Pay without use *2025-08-31, version 2.2.1* Bike app automatically connected another bike 10km away from me which I did not use. I had to pay about 80 Pln for another bike and the complaint was not accepted. The easiest way I found was to buy a SIM for your phone in the country and use that to register. It’s then a really great service. ### 5/5 — Awesome! *2025-09-18, version 2.2.1* Just to break the tradition of negative reviews here, I actually have a great experience of using Veturilo :) I live in Warsaw and have used it many times. Reading all the negativity, I did ensure a few things like not connecting my bank card to the app. Instead, just topping up 10zl so i wont get charged unnecessarily. Also, i always made sure i park at the official parkings, not the semi-official ones. Other than that, quite nice and seamless :) ### 5/5 — Great app, no issues at all! *2025-08-25, version 2.0.8* People act frivolous and then spit on a good service just because they didn’t read the rules. Bike is supposed to be left at stations obviously, not anywhere. I’m using Veturilo for over a decade already and I can say it got much better than it was in the past. They are in most places around the city and in really good conditions. I love that the customer service is very kind and helpful. And they speak both English and polish. I was really surprised when I walked up to the bike and saw that everything had been unlocked — including the refund. Thank you! Well done! It works well. The only problem I see, I that you cannot deposit custom amount of money to your wallet. I wish I had such opportunity. It performs well, has all the functions I’d ever need and is pleasant to look at.
