I got recommended this app as it provides a lot of info about your bus which is amazing. However when I paid for my ticket, I simply didn’t receive a confirmation email or ANYTHING. I then tried to make an account to see if I could access my ticket thought an account. However whenever I try to make an account the app simply crashes every time I click on the box to fill in my date of birth???

Terrible and irresponsible platform. The bus failed to pick us up, yet Vexere kept asking us to prove everything instead of taking responsibility and solving the problem. We provided extensive evidence, but they repeatedly sided with the bus operator and delayed the refund. Extremely disappointing customer service. Avoid this platform.

### 1/5 — Scammers! Only refunded after I threatened a Mastercard Chargeback / 纵容黑车欺诈，极度恶劣！

DO NOT USE THIS APP if you are a foreign tourist. The platform colludes with local sketchy bus operators to scam foreigners.
My bus was scheduled for 8:30. The driver never showed up. At 10:30, the driver finally messaged me, swearing and demanding I get on another bus. When I refused this ridiculous delay, the operator fraudulently marked my ticket as "Used" in the Vexere system to steal my money.
Vexere customer service played dead and refused to help until I submitted undeniable time-stamped photo evidence and explicitly threatened to file a formal "Service Not Provided" chargeback through HSBC and Mastercard. Only when facing international financial penalties did they instantly process the refund.
This app is a trap. If they scam you, don't waste time arguing with their useless customer service—just contact your credit card bank directly for a chargeback!

避雷！平台纵容本地黑车队欺诈外国游客。
订了早上 8:30 的车根本没来。黄牛迟到了整整两个小时，在 10:30 才发信息爆粗口让我上另一辆车。被我拒绝后，他们为了吞掉车费，居然在后台恶意把我的车票状态修改为“已使用”。
平台客服一开始踢皮球装死。直到我把带有时间戳和定位的现场照片、以及黄牛 10:30 自爆的聊天截图打包，并明确告知已经联系汇丰银行和万事达卡中心提起“欺诈与未提供服务”的国际拒付立案后，平台为了保住自己的收款通道，才在几个小时内光速滑跪退款。
大家千万别惯着这种跨国灰产。遇到不退款直接打银行电话走 Visa/Mastercard 的拒付流程，用金融规则教他们做人！

1. doesn’t save your foreign number correctly. Which prevents company from contacting you promptly.
2. Changes the bus timing and contacted me the night before via email. (Who even checks email constantly?) 
3. Do not show up at the specific time agreed. as i said, changed bus timing while i was sleeping to catch the morning bus! 
4. Do not have much bus service options. My hotel helped me booked the bus back and the bus to when i realised i missed this one.

Sớm hơn 30 phút so với giờ chính thức khởi hành. Xe chạy 12:30 mà báo 12h khiến tôi phải bỏ dở việc và chạy đi xong tới nơi ngồi chờ thêm 1 tiếng. Hỏi thì nhân viên quầy nói đó đặt trên app vé xe rẻ sẽ báo sớm hơn 30 phút so với giờ thực tế xe sẽ khởi hành.
