I canceled my card. Got a new one and they’re still doing it. We are here to help. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-06-29* Edit: don’t buy app. They keep trying to charge and I don’t have an active subscription. I would give zero stars if I could. You literally have to select the app to see your selected watch face. Do do anything and the watch resets to a default Apple Watch face. Digits are pixelated and watch faces aren’t interactive - they’re just static images and you can’t adjust anything. Was charged with a non descript charge to my credit card and then received a “receipt” in an email 7 days later. Do NOT download unless you want them to auto charge you! No option to refund like respectable app providers offer in my experience. Will not seamlessly replace watch faces. You have to open the app on the watch. Requested politely that they cancel subscription and they responded that they had no record of my payment, and then charged me $29.99 anyways. subsequent emails from me have been ignored. Either a scam or extremely poor customer service. its in my bank’s hands now. Then they add an additional $19.99 charge for "bonus" watch faces when you're supposed to have unlimited access to the watch faces. I canceled the subscription but they refuse to refund the $19.99 I didn't not consent to. Scam. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Watch face only changes until the screen times out. *2026-08-14* I followed the instructions, but the chosen screen disappears after the screen times out. Then it reverts back to the original screen. I sent an e-mail to the company, but I have received no response. I want to edit my review. To maintain the face only the watch, you have to go in through settings and lengthen the time before the watch times out. Then it won’t revert to the original face as often, but every time the watch times out, you will have to open the Vexta app to see the chosen face. To me, this is just too much bother. You cannot find a cancel my subscription anywhere. Also, this app does not show up on any of the subscription search applications. It lured me with a watch face I thought was cool. Once loaded the app didn’t include the face I was looking for. Once you load the app to your watch and load a face - once the watch is “sleep mode” while you are not looking at it the watch reverts to apple. Nothing in the ad, during check out, or in the app gives any indication that they will start charging you $30 a month. There is no way in app to cancel, and you have to email them to get the charges stopped. The app was marketed at 6.99 as having watch faces with famous brands but was quite mediocre to use. However they deceptively charged 30 dollars and will claim it’s in the terms of use. Thankfully my credit union alerted me and asked if I authorized it then marked it as a fraudulent/unauthorized attempt! The app for Apple watches does NOT work! I was scammed into what APPEARED to be a one-time purchase for the Lego watch face but it does not function once downloaded! I deleted the app and wrote this review to protect others!!! DO NOT download this app!!! Update 7/6/26 to respond to the developer: Your statement is not accurate as I have a screenshot of the transaction and it said nothing about a trial or that I was signing up for a subscription!
