I incorporate several modalities into my health and wellness routines. I can now track the impact my workout and wellness routines have on my strength, sleep, and energy levels. Even better are the actionable recs to continue optimizing for my health goals, which are strength, sleep, and energy levels.

I always have a million health questions and ChatGPT can get things wrong/ I dont always trust it. Veyda remembers everything you ask it and builds a full plan together based on past chats/ can upload your health records and connect it with wearables to give you a full  360 picture of your health. Also it sites its sources from the info it gives you from medical sources unlike chatgpt.

I’ve struggled with complex, confusing health issues for as long as I can remember. No one has been able to figure out what’s wrong and almost nothing has helped. For the first time in my life I’m finally getting answers and solutions to my chronic pain and suffering. Veyda is changing my life in a way I never thought was possible. I’m so grateful and cannot recommend this app enough!!
