Can’t even access my cameras thru the app. Can only watch them while I’m home and keeps saying it’s incorrect password or username.  Super disappointed.

I use this app about 1 month , it disconnect a lot doesnt show videos snd error equipment is offline alll the time in iphone but in android it shows every camera and doesn’t have this error , im sick of it
