So I contacted them and their like your address wasn’t right I’m like how If that’s the address I use on every app and Ik I wasn’t wrong because when I was tracking the package it was literally was close to a shipping place near me. I contacted them again saying that I got an email saying that they received it and I asked if they can send it to me. They ask me to confirm my address which I did the same one I use.
