Sent to pickup a member who was incarnated for months, after speaking to dispatch support they advised none of this members trips were viable as they were no call no shows for months. Trips will randomly disappear and show as not matched. You have to fight for your $3 convenience fee most of the time. App is glitchy and will give cannot connect to server error often and address will correct itself to a different address in both Apple Maps and Google Maps, which reflects poorly on drivers. MTM dispatch agents will pick up call but will not answer so you have to hang up and call back sometimes 3-4 times in a row. If a member refuses to exit your vehicle and you have to call the cops veyo and MTM will block your account. Pay is less than minimum wage after deducting wear and gas on vehicle. ### 1/5 — Very dangerous job *2025-01-25, version 3.11.0* Very dangerous job be aware of the people get inside your car , dirty and smell so bad , they cough and they don’t pit hand on their mouth, this is effect your health, and nothing more important then your health, and most of them are addicted people and they’re not knowing what they doing, imagine how unsafe is this for you, and the pay is one dollar per mile, they don’t pay for pick up miles and no pay for time, you spend on the people calling them finding them , no pay for the trip duration!!!! It’s really can’t make money they will get everything out of the driver, by making you drive 8 to 12 miles for a pickup going for 5 miles you will only get 5 dollars for 35 minutes trip , don’t let this company makes money out of you , scammers c—-k suckers. ### 1/5 — Discriminating *2024-11-26, version 3.11.0* Company requires drivers to take riders with service dogs but won’t hire a driver with service dog. ### 1/5 — terrible and crude app *2024-11-25, version 3.11.0* I started working with this platform in early 2024. Then they actively attracted new employees with generous bonuses for completed trips. The advantage of this company is high tariffs for long trips. But there are still more disadvantages: firstly, they lack clear interaction with the client, which leads to a huge number of canceled trips, sometimes this reaches almost half of all trips made, and very often there is no way to contact the client because the phone is out of range or simply doesn't answer. Secondly, the application is imperfect in terms of selecting the work radius for drivers, that is, they give orders costing less than $10 that require a journey of more than half an hour, which is absolutely not logical. Therefore, in order to earn money in this application, you need to be smart so as not to work at a loss. Thirdly: although they raised compensation for a canceled order from three to five dollars, sometimes this is still not enough to cover fuel costs if, for example, you had to travel a long distance to the landing site. Fourth: the most important problem is that they do not automatically calculate compensation for canceled orders; at the moment, out of 30 canceled trips, I received compensation in the amount of five dollars for just one trip, for 29 trips canceled due to the client’s no-show I did not receive the money although I submitted a request for a refund and review of the cost almost a month ago. So work here, be prepared for unexpected surprises, considering this work as a lottery, lucky, unlucky, the client will come or not, and be prepared to part with gasoline and time for which you will not receive compensation later. There are many more significant shortcomings, but I will not talk about them all here; you will see this for yourself in the works. At the moment, I stopped working with this company more than a month ago because I don’t like being deceived, after I receive compensation I will reconsider my attitude towards it. ### 1/5 — Wasting time and money *2024-10-23, version 3.11.0* This app is useless, whenever you are ready to work log into the app, and wait a long time the app only shows a notification of Do you want to keep logging in? Disappointed ### 2/5 — No Driver Support *2024-08-19, version 3.10.0* If you never need to get support from them then it’s cool to drive for Veyo. They answer quickly when you have a client in the car, but if you need to do inspections, CPR, or questions about your money, Negative! They are really bad with taking care of driver needs. Snow birds are returning so other platforms pay more now anyways. You not getting pay for cancellation, waiting for the passenger (member) and you not getting pay for no show, basically you wasted your time and gas by going to the passenger address and wait. The average you can make per day $100 to $150. Please if you have a job do not leave your current job for this, they will tell you in the meeting that going to make a lot of money but they are laying to you. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst app listing ever *2026-08-01, version 3.11.0* Has no hardware requirement listed but more importantly says it is iOS 16.4 compatible. Downloads, installs, launches just fine but that is as far as you can get. When it would not connect to the server, support told me that iOS 26.6 was required (just released 4 days ago) even though the app has not been updated (according to Apple) for over a year. So, unskilled development team, and an uniformed support team. After getting him medical transportation. I inquired. I not only help my dad, but I also help others in his condition. As a driver I habebran into onnpy a couple issues that needed to be explained to me. I’ve recently ran into dispatch sending two drivers to one person, making one driver (me all three times) drive to a location for a pick up that another Veyo driver has picked up. The trip cancel is easy, however, I’ve not yet been given any cancellation service fee payment. ### 5/5 — App issues *2021-03-11, version 3.3.2* I tap on the icon to navigate to the address and the GPS of my choice can not open up. The GPS app I chose works jest fine any other time. When I change to a different GPS app and tap on the map icon to use it it works jest fine but y’all pay us based on how google maps says to get there at least that’s what I was told .so i don’t use iPhone maps to take a pax home. Of course there are no tips but after more than 2,000 rides as a driver for Veyo. I’m happy to give them 4 stars. ### 4/5 — My Fav Gig *2022-08-23, version 3.4.8* I have been driving with Veyo for about 6 months now. The Driver App is easy to use and very self explanatory. The technology could use an update, but as the Apps stands now; it’s good enough. Currently driving a route in CT and Veyo always sends me my routes on time before the day of trips. Make sure to check all the boxes in the pop up window or your app may freeze and not allow you to complete the trip. Driving for Veyo has given me reliable income, flexible hours for on-demand trips & freedom on the open road!
